There is one double bedroom with air conditioning, forced-air heating, and an exit to the veranda. Another room features two beds, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and an exit to the veranda. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, a toaster, microwave, and freezer. You will also find a shower, bidet, and WC on this level. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, there is an additional room with two beds.

If there are fewer guests than the maximum capacity, one floor of the apartment will not be accessible for use.
