We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
You will be provided with a digital guidebook detailing the check-in process and all of the additional features included in your accommodation.
As a self-contained apartment, keys are accessed through a contactless method from a lockbox, we can also provide the option to meet you on site with the keys. Check-in is any time after 3pm and by following the directions in our guidebook, you are free to help yourself!

If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park off site for $15 per day. We have a parking space at UPark Gawler about 25m away from the building. Extra parking space can be arranged upon request.
Please be aware that this apartment building complex is a mixed residential/student/short-term accommodation use building. Students, professionals, and guests like yourself reside in the building.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
There are two queen size beds, the third bed is a queen EURO bed set up in the living room.
