The building itself is an old girl, built in the '70s. She isn't that pretty to look at from the outside, but she makes up for it on the inside with location and charm.

Please note the apartment is located on the top (second) floor and is accessible by approximately 20 steps with a landing between levels. The apartment is accessed by stairs only, NO lift, sorry.

There is a washing machine in the apartment, along with a clothes airer. Additionally, a common area laundry with a coin-operated dryer is in the building and available for use if required.

We have NBN WIFI, but being in an old building does affect it sometimes, so it can be a little slower, especially if guests are trying to download or upload heavily. All the more reason to get off that device and explore the amazing location, or simply sit down, read a magazine, and breathe in the fresh salty air.

Please ensure you list the correct number of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest.

We provide a basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay.

For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you if this is due to occur during your stay.

For a secure stay, guests are required to complete our simple verification process. Guests need to provide a government-issued ID, confirm their contact info, and, in some cases, provide a matching credit card. This info is solely for screening purposes and is not stored perminently.
