Cet apartement est effectivement très agréable, aucune cachotterie n'a pas été faite, par exemple je m'attendais en effet à avoir une vue sur le parking et non sur les pistes de plus le propriétaire est très sympathique et on hésite pas à la contacter. Le seul point d'ombre est le gardien du bas de l'immeuble qui est relativement peu disponible le jour où tout le monde se pointe pour prendre ou rendre les clés et qu'on doit attendre très longtemps jusqu'à ce qu'un passant m'informe qu'il est joignable à l'épicerie d'à coté. Il pourrait au moins mettre un petit mot sur sa porte et ainsi j'aurai perdu moins de temps pour le retour des clés.
