We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming duplex with sea view, at 50 meters from the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a private terrace and a shared garden of about 300 m². We are waiting for you!

A facade renovation project is currently under way on the terrace side of the flat. The work is scheduled to take at least until mid-January 2025. Noise nuisance may be perceived.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor of the duplex :
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (2 beds for children) and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A shower room with WC.
On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining shower room.

Outside :
- A terrace of 6.25 m² facing south, sea view with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

Common area:
- Enjoy the residence's swimming pool (shared, heated), open from April to October, and secured by a cover and a barrier. Opening dates subject to favourable weather conditions, not contractual.
- A shared garden within the residence.

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
Thalasso or golf ? Swimming or cycling? Restaurant or barbecue ? Discovering or relaxing? All possibilities are at your disposal. At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy an active holiday or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the coveted "tourist resort" classification.
Quimper, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1,500 metres of walls, is 17 km away. The neighbouring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the leading French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by westerly winds and large swells from the open sea.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park of the residence with a numbered space.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Quimper train station located 17 km away (23 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne airport is about 20 minutes away by car.
- Bus: bus stop to get to Quimper.

Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Animals accepted on request, please specify when booking, for an extra charge of 15€.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay team (advertisement and reservation management service) and Home Ker (concierge / housekeeping service).
