We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming apartment classified 3 stars in duplex with sight sea, of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The facade of the residence is currently being renovated. Noise pollution may be perceived.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with a sofa bed, TV and a dining area that can accommodate 5 people.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Room 1: two single beds (90×190) and a cupboard
- A bathroom with shower, WC

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet
- A bathroom with bathtub, WC

Outside:
- Enjoy the residence's 8×4m swimming pool (shared, heated), open from April to October, and secured by a cover and a barrier. Opening dates subject to favourable weather conditions, non contractual.
- A 4m² balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment within a charming residence near the beach (50 m). You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

17 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the sea.
- In July and August: Celtic music in front of the sea.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the apartment.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Quimper train station located 17 km away (23 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne airport located about 20 minutes away by car.
- Bus: bus stop to get to Quimper.

Other remarks :
- Access to the upstairs room via a staircase with a marine rope ramp.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals accepted on request, for an extra charge of 25€ per stay (only one animal accepted), please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices will be given to you by our partner.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged.
