Surrounded by pastures and meadows, the chalet is only a 5-minute walk from the lift station of the popular skiing and hiking area Merano 2000, making it an ideal base for sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.
Winter sports enthusiasts will find 40 km of pure fun on the slopes, right on their doorstep: cross-country ski trails, a toboggan run, snowshoe trails, ski & snowboard rental and numerous alpine huts, inviting you to while away the time while enjoying typical South Tyrolean cuisine.
Mountain lovers will certainly get their money's worth in the skiing and hiking area of Merano 2000, especially in the summer months. You can expect a variety of hiking areas, extensive trails in the Hirzer area, bike tours with magnificent panoramas, bike rental right outside the hotel, as well as an alpine bobsled run for children.
If you want a break from the breath-taking beauty of the mountain landscape, why not check out the historic center of Merano, which is just a few minutes' drive away.
The upper floor of the chalet has 2 bedrooms in a cosy old wood-style with a large and enchanting south-facing balcony, giving a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain landscape. There is a shared large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet for both bedrooms.
Spend relaxing moments in good company at the old farmhouse parlour on the top floor of the hotel. There is also a large wardrobe on this floor with plenty of space for storing ski clothing, skis, hiking clothes, etc.
The main living space is located on the ground floor. It has a cosy living room and a romantic fireplace, where you can spend many hours relaxing.
A modern kitchen and a large dining table complete the living space. The kitchen has a 4-burner induction hob with oven, an American fridge with integrated ice maker and a dishwasher. In addition, the living room leads directly to the large terrace and surrounding meadows. A stone barbecue and a large outdoor dining table make it possible to eat outside and enjoy the outdoors in good weather.
There are two more cosy rooms on the basement, with a shared bathroom, equipped with shower and toilet. The basement of the house has a laundry room with washing machine and ample storage space and space for sports equipment.
