Immerse yourself in an elegant and spacious world, an apartment furnished by the skilful hands of Pauli Bernardi, one of the most famous and skilled carpenters in Val Gardena, and your host. A true unicum, forged from the finest Alpine materials.

This lovely flat consists of three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet and a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette and access to the private garden.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your holiday in Val Gardena, such as a dishwasher, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, oven, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.

You will have a wonderful furnished garden with a view of the Dolomites, allowing you to enjoy the warmth of the warmer months in particular. As it faces south you can enjoy the sun of the Dolomites while admiring the majestic Val Gardena peaks.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, but is only accessible down a flight of stairs from the car park.

Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Apartments Chalet Berna offers luxurious apartments in a secluded location, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Ortisei. This true gem, built in 2023, will mesmerize you with its elegance.

The location is very advantageous, as it is just over 5 minutes walk from the center of Ortisei in Val Gardena. The first shops, restaurants, and grocery stores are within a radius of less than 300 meters from the house. The same goes for the next public bus stop.

In winter, the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the regular public buses) stops 50 meters from the house and takes you for free (using the complimentary tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lift facilities, such as the Seceda cable car. The buses pass with a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes.

In summer, the proximity of the bus stop and the center, with the Luis Trenker promenade and the ski lifts, is particularly advantageous.

For the delight of families with children, you will find a small public football field right under the house.

Chalet Berna also has outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, a bike and ski storage with boot warmer, a washing machine in the apartment, and linens and towels for free use.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
