The cosy and well-furnished apartment "Trocker Kastelruth 1" is part of the Trocker Residence in Kastelruth (Castelrotto), a town in the South Tyrolese Dolomites close to the famous Seiser Alm. The 50 m² apartment with natural wood interior consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). You can start the day with coffee on the balcony and wonderful views over the surrounding mountains. The apartment also features a private terrace while a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and a tanning bed are part of the communal spa area, where you can relax after a day of hiking or cycling before you lie down in the quiet room next to the fireplace. The communal outdoor area also boasts a roof terrace with a jacuzzi, a garden with a playground area for children. From the property, it is only a 6-minute walk or 450 m to the centre of Kastelruth (Castelrotto), where you will find supermarkets, shops, bakeries, a pharmacy and restaurants serving South Tyrolese dishes. Many hiking and cycling routes start from the town, and a 10-minute drive (4.5 km) from the apartment, the famous skiing area Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) boasts brilliant slopes. South Tyrol's lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) is located a 37-minute drive or 26 km southwest of Kastelruth (Castelrotto).
Parking spaces are available on the property and in the garage. One small pet is allowed on request for an extra fee of €15 per night. Bed linens and towels are included in the price, as well as daily cleaning.
A coin-operated washing machine is available.
There is a bread roll service as well as the option to book a full breakfast for an extra fee.
The sauna is open every day (except Sundays) between 3 pm and 8 pm and has an extra fee. Jacuzzi opening times: 6am - 8pm.
