The house and 'strategically located and very scenic. In it were all the comforts needed to enjoy a happy holiday. In addition, the great sympathy and availability 'of the owner, have allowed us to feel at ease.
La casa e' situata in posizione strategica e molto panoramica. In essa erano presenti tutti i confort necessari per trascorrere una lieta vacanza. Inoltre, la grande simpatia e disponibilita' del proprietario, ci hanno permesso di sentirci a nostro agio.
A fairly affordable accommodation for low season with a- nem very nice and tried landlord.The location between Bonassola and Cinue Terre and the exposed position of the House on a promontory overlooking the sea make the Accommodation to an interesting destination. The only negative point was 6 days construction work on the plot of land opposite, as this allows the idyllic atmosphere was somewhat marred by the morning and evening noise.

Bonassola und der Cinue Terre sowie die exponierte Lage des
Hauses auf einem Vorsprung mit Blick zum Meer machen die
Unterkunft zu einem interessanten Reiseziel. Der einzige Negativpunkt waren 6 Tage Bauarbeiten am gegenüberliegenden Gründstück, weil damit durch den morgendlichen und abendlichen Lärm die idyllische Atmosphäre etwas getrübt wurde.
We had a very nice stay and can only recommend this property. Who fails to consider a luxury, but rather peace and comfort that is exactly right. The apartment is simple, but tastefully decorated and everything is there what you need. The house is a bit above on the hillside, from where one has a beautiful view. Bonassola is a quiet place, in our opinion, the ideal base to visit the Cinque Terre (direct train). The nearby Levanto is a little more lively and offers a number of restaurants and shops. For real Italian Caffè Aperitivo or low (un-touristy) prices we recommend the "Bar Levanto " The tip gave us the very nice owner who provided us with information material / hiking maps and restaurant recommendations. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Wer nicht auf Luxus, sondern eher auf Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit achtet, der ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist zwar einfach, dafür aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt etwas oben am Hang gelegen, von wo aus man einen wunderschönen Ausblick hat. Bonassola ist ein ruhiger Ort, unserer Meinung nach der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Cinque Terre zu besichtigen (direkte Zugverbindung). Das nahe gelegene Levanto ist etwas lebhafter und bietet einige Restaurants und Geschäfte. Zum echten italienischen Caffè oder Aperitivo zu günstigen (untouristischen) Preisen empfehlen wir die "Bar Levanto" Den Tipp gab uns der sehr nette Vermieter, der uns auch mit Infomaterial/Wanderkarten und Restaurantempfehlungen versorgte.

We were immediately charmed by the quaint apartment, nicely decorated and well maintained. The house is situated in a quiet location with a beautiful view. It's nice after a walk, ending up in the flower garden and well equipped. The welcome from the owner, Roberto, is warm. It is available, always ready to give good advice and ensure that your stay is the best possible. It's the little extra that makes you feel good in this quiet corner, near "Cinque Terre ".
Nous avons tout de suite été charmés par le coquet appartement, joliment décoré et bien entretenu. La maison est située dans un endroit calme, avec une vue magnifique. C'est agréable, après une marche, de se retrouver dans le jardin fleuri et bien équipé. L'accueil du propriétaire, Roberto, est chaleureux. Il est disponible, toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils et veille à ce que votre séjour se passe le mieux possible. C'est le petit plus qui fait que l'on se sent bien dans ce petit coin tranquille, tout près des "Cinque Terre".
Apartment simply furnished but functional and very pleasant with a small garden, well equipped (table, parasol, chairs). Roberto is a friendly owner who is looking to make your stay as pleasant as possible, while keeping the necessary discretion. The rental has fortunately a private parking indispensable in this area where it is extremely difficult to park. The house is well situated between Bonassola and Levanto and very well placed to visit the villages of the Cinque Terre by train from Levanto.
Appartement aménagé simplement mais fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre avec un petit jardin bien équipé (table, parasol, chaises longues).
Roberto est un propriétaire accueillant qui cherche à rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible, tout en gardant la discrétion nécessaire.
La location dispose heureusement d'une place de parking privé indispensable dans ce secteur où il est extrêmement difficile de stationner.
La maison est bien située entre Bonassola et Levanto et très bien placée pour visiter les villages des Cinqueterre en train au départ de Levanto.
I and my family we were delighted to stay Bonassola. The house is nice and the owner is friendly and very welcoming. The house is not luxurious, but comfortable, and there is everything you need (cherry on the cake) Mr. Montanari provides all the household linen and changes every week ... It is a great accommodation for a family with 2 children: there is indeed a beautiful garden as well, even if the apartment is not great, the children can play outdoors. Going to the beach is not a problem even if the house is by the sea, but a few hundred meters above sea level, in the car you get to the BEACH (and country) in about ten minutes, and those who do not want to pollute can take the minibus stop which is next to the house or take a walk of half an hour (the trail is a bit 'steep, but paved and reserved for pedestrians. My 4 year old son did it smoothly down and back at home we took the minibus ...) Least but not last, the geographical location is excellent, the area is beautiful for beach lovers as for lovers of hiking trails.
Lo e la mia famiglia siamo stati contentissimi del soggiorno a Bonassola. La casa è simpatica e il propietario è gentilissimo e molto accogliente. La casa non è lussuosa, ma confortevole, c'è tutto ciò che serve e (ciliegia sulla torta) il signor Montanari fornisce tutta la biancheria per la casa e la cambia ogni settimana... È un'ottima sistemazione per una famiglia con 2 bambini: c'è infatti un bel giardino così, anche se l'appartamento non è grandissimo, i bimbi possono giocare all'aperto. Andare in spiaggia non è un problema anche se la casa non è in riva al mare, ma a un centinaio di metri sul il livello del mare, in auto si arriva alla spiagga (e al paese) in una decina di minuti e coloro che non vogliono inquinare possono prendere il minibus la cui fermata è affianco alla casa o fare una passeggiata di una mezzoretta (il sentiero è un po' ripido, ma asfaltato e riservato ai pedoni. Mio figlio di 4 anni lo faceva senza problemi in discesa e per ritornare a casa prendevamo il minibus...)
Least but not last, la situazione geografica è eccellente, la regione è bellissima per gli amanti del mare come per gli amanti dei sentieri escursionistici.
Great apartment on the ground floor - although there is no direct sea view, but the cozy garden always makes up for it! After Bonassola it's off to a good 15 minute downhill to Bonassola, back you can - if you will - take the hourly moving bus. Bonassolas beach is in our opinion one of the most beautiful in the area - a pure beach holiday is there nothing in the way. But hikers get their money - Bonassola is a suitable starting point for pleasant walks. The apartment is nicely decorated and all necessary things are in place, the owner Roberto is one with advice and act to the side and gives valuable tips on eating, shopping, hiking, etc. It was a great holiday, thank you Roberto!
Tolle Wohnung im Erdgeschoss - es gibt zwar keinen direkten Blick aufs Meer, aber der gemütliche Garten macht das allemal wett! Nach Bonassola geht's in gut 15 Minuten bergab nach Bonassola, retour kann man - wenn man will - den stündlich fahrenden Bus nehmen. Bonassolas Strand ist unserer Meinung nach einer der Schönsten in der Gegend - einem reinen Badeurlaub steht da nichts mehr im Weg. Doch auch Wanderer kommen auf ihre Rechnung - Bonassola ist ein geeigneter Ausgangspunkt für gemütliche Wanderungen. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und alle notwendigen Dinge sind vorhanden, Der Vermieter Roberto steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und gibt wertvolle Tipps bezüglich Essen, Einkauf, Wanderungen, usw. Es war ein toller Urlaub, danke Roberto!
The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated. Without a car, you must, however, accept a 15-minute descent and 20-minute climb to / from Bonassola. The advertised sea view was not to enjoy the ground floor apartment, this one sits protected behind an oleander hedge. For trips by train and shopping the 15-minute drive is recommended to Levanto, where you have the best connections. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I would recommend the address to friends anytime.
Die Wohnung ist hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ohne Auto muss man allerdings einen 15-minütige Abstieg bzw. 20-minütigen Aufstieg nach/von Bonassola in Kauf nehmen. Der angekündigte Meeresblick war von der Erdgeschosswohnung leider nicht zu genießen, dafür sitzt man geschützt hinter einer Oleanderhecke. Für Ausflüge per Bahn und zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich die 15-minütige Autofahrt nach Levanto, Dort hat man die besten Verbindungen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Ich würde die Adresse jederzeit auch Freunden empfehlen.

Nette, sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung im EG mit kleinem Garten. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Lage der Fewo super - in der Mitte zwischen Bonassola und Levanto (beides zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten).
It is a very nice and cozy apartment, it's everything that you need to crockery and cutlery etc.. The owner is very friendly and interested, that it is the guests well and everything you need there too ist.Wir were very felt comfortable and the peace enjoyed and would rent a room to us there again.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht an Geschirr und Besteck etc..Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und interessiert ,dass es den Gästen gut geht und alles was man braucht auch da ist.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Ruhe genossen und würden uns dort wieder einmieten.

Located equidistant from Bonassola and Levanto, we are always happy after hiking in the Cinque Terre, ending up in the little garden in secluded or in the stylish apartment. It is ideal for exploring the Cinque Terre, away from tourists found in the villages.
Situé à égale distance de Bonassola et de Levanto, on est toujours heureux, après une randonnée dans les Cinq Terres, de se retrouver dans le petit coin de jardin à l'abri des regards ou dans le coquet appartement. C'est l'idéal pour découvrir les Cinq Terres, à l'écart des touristes que l'on retrouve dans les villages.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful old property set in a large, nicely landscaped Gartengeländes.Das property is located directly on the sea with stunning views across the coast and beautiful sunsets. We loved the location between the two towns Bonassola and Levanto very well, which can be reached on two picturesque and very beautiful, even for children passable trails with beautiful views within 15 to 20 minutes. In addition, the contrast between the contemplative and the somewhat livelier Bonassola Levanto like. Also suitable for swimming and surfing (Levanto), and hiking (Cinque Terre and the opposite direction).
The apartment has a small private garden with table and chairs, which can be reached directly through three doors. The apartment itself is very pretty and bright, also stylishly furnished, has a fireplace and offers a very pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The service and hospitality were extremely courteous and friendly, yet remained the privacy respected.
A small downer was for us (traveling with two children) that the apartment nosecond bedroom has and the living / dining room had to be shared with a sofa bed.
Everything else, however, has us so much that we take this disadvantage again next time in purchasing.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines schönen alten Anwesens inmitten eines weitläufigen, mediterran angelegten Gartengeländes.Das Anwesen liegt direkt über dem Meer mit herrlichem Blick über die Küste sowie schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Uns hat die Lage zwischen den beiden Städtchen Bonassola und Levanto sehr gut gefallen, die auf 2 malerischen und sehr schönen, auch für Kinder gut begehbaren Wanderwegen mit schönen Ausblicken innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Zudem gefällt auch der Kontrast zwischen dem beschaulichen Bonassola und dem etwas lebhafteren Levanto. Prima BAde- und Surfmöglichkeiten (Levanto) sowie Wandermöglichkeiten (Cinque Terre als auch Gegenrichtung).
Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener kleiner Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen, der direkt durch drei Flügeltüren erreicht werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr hübsch und hell, zudem stilvoll eingerichtet, besitzt einen Kamin und bietet eine sehr angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Der Service und die Gastfreundschaft waren äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich, zugleich blieb die Privatsphäre gewahrt.
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war für uns (mit zwei Kindern unterwegs), dass die Wohnung kein zweites Schlafzimmer besitzt und der Wohn/Essraum über eine Schlafcouch mitbenutzt werden musste.
Alles andere hat uns jedoch so gut gefallen, das wir diesen Nachteil das nächste Mal wieder in Kauf nehmen.
Owner was very helpful arranging for a taxi when we arrived. Apartment was in good condition and the view from the terrace was amazing. The walk up to the apartment from the town can be a bit hard if you have lots to carry, although once you find the steps it's not so bad. Even my two-year-old son managed to walk all the way one evening. Levanto is very nice, a little larger and less busy than the Cinque Terre villages, and gelato is cheaper!
Mrs. Irene was very kind. He gave us all the useful information about the place already on the first day. So we already knew which beach to choose and what to visit one day later. Beautiful place with a wonderful panoramic view We want to go back :) Monica P.

Villetta splendida su più livelli con un fresco giardino mediterraneo.
Spettacolare vista sul golfo di Moneglia con due terrazze; una al piano basso del giardino dove si può consumare il pranzo nella più assoluta tranquillità, con una vista del mare bellissima e riposarsi al fresco delle piante.
Terrazzo al piano terreno dove cenare con splendida vista mare e sotto il cielo stellato della Liguria.
Immobile dotato di due comodi bagni ed aria condizionata. Arredata e fornita di tutto il necessario.
