My studio flat is available for short-term lets for your holiday by the seaside. It is situated in the harbour of Hy�res, in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from the nearest beaches.
The studio flat was totally refurbished in 2016 and has a large terrace with an open view of the marina, the bay and the islands of Hy�res. It is situated on the second floor with a lift in a secure block of luxury residential flats and has a closed private parking space.
The accommodation of 26 square metres + 7 square metres of terrace consists of an entrance / kitchen, a shower room and a living room open to the South / East facing terrace.
* At the entrance, kitchen area with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, electric coffee-maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen equipment.
* The shower room consists of a large washbasin which is fixed to a storage unit with drawers, a large shower with glass sides, a W.C. and a washing machine.
* From the living room, there�s a magnificent view over the bay of Hy�res and the islands.
The sleeping area consists of :
- A double bed that can be rolled under a storage unit with hanging space and converted into a sofa during the day;
- A single bed which is stacked on top of the storage unit.
In the living room, there are also 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a shelf and a 80cm LED TV.
The dining area has an extendable table for 2 to 4 people, 3 chairs and a dresser.
