The apartment is located halfway up the hill in the small village of Pulciano on the way to Gaino and Cecina, on the first floor of a private house (only two apartments). It has large and bright rooms, a hallway, a large kitchen, living room with two beds, two double bedrooms (one of them can be twin bedded) and a large bathroom (bathtub with shower). Private garage (about 30 sq. mt - because of narrow street it is difficult to drive in for cars longer than 5 meters ).
Not far from the house there is a café/bar. You can reach Toscolano and the lake by car (5 minutes) and on foot (20 minutes) and twice a day a local bus connects Pulciano with Toscolano and vice versa.
You can easily reach the bike and hiking trails, riding centres and Bogliaco golf course, also on foot.
NON smoking accommodation. A smokers' corner is provided in the open-air entrance, with small table and chairs
The village is about 20 km south of Limone su Garda and 10 km north of Salò. From Maderno you can take a boat to cruise on the lake or the car ferry to reach the east side of the lake and from there the town of Romeo and Juliet: Verona, and/or to the amusement parks of Gardaland and Caneva Sport.
L'appartamento è situato a mezza collina in centro a Pulciano sulla strada che collega il borgo con i paesini di Cecina e Gaino.
Collocato al primo piano di una casa a due piani. Stanze ampie e luminose: corridoio, cucina abitabile, salone con due posti letto, due camere matrimoniali (una può essere sistemata a 2 letti), un ampio bagno (vasca con doccia).
Garage privato (a causa della strada stretta l'entrata risulta difficile per auto lunghe più di 5 mt ) .
All'esterno è allestito un angolo fumatori con tavolino e sedie (in casa non è permesso fumare).
Toscolano Maderno ed il lago sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti in auto oppure 20 minuti a piedi.
A Toscolano "Bau Beach" una delle poche spiagge per cani al Lago di Garda
Due volte al giorno un autobus collega il borgo con Toscolano e viceversa
Facilmente raggiungibili, anche a piedi, sentieri escursionistici e maneggio.
A pochi minuti d'auto il Campo da Golf e la Marina di Bogliaco famosa per la Regata Velica Cento Miglia
A pochi passi il Ristorante/Bistrot "Hallelujah" nuova apertura 2024
Nel vicino borgo di Cecina (raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti) si trovano un Ristorante ed un Ristorante/Pizzeria
Toscolano-Maderno (a 5 minuti d'auto/15 a piedi) offre una vasta gamma di Supermercati, Ristoranti, Bar, Pizzerie.
Sul lungolago di Maderno trovate l'imbarcadero dei battelli ed aliscafi per piacevoli escursioni sul lago, e del traghetto che permette di raggiungere la sponda orientale del lago
