The price is TTC and includes water, gas, electricity, tourist tax, as well as the heating (winter). 10% on rentals of two consecutive weeks, 20% reduction if renting for three consecutive weeks.
The owner is friendly and we will come back to this accommodation which allowed us to find freshness, and to make beautiful discoveries in the surrounding mountains.
Right next to Briançon and amenities (Aldi, Lidl ...).

The fact of being out of Briancon is a logistical advantage because the house is just a few kilometers away from major shopping malls and briancon itself.
In short holiday stay and very positive!
And our daughter has enjoyed the garden of Madame Rainouard.

No worry about the equipment of the apartment.
Practical and very close to Briançon and both well outside the city, which allows to breathe.
