Pour le séjour : TV écran plat 55cm, lecteur DVD.DIVX, Radio CD/MP3 et prise lecteur USB. La TV est dotée d'une Google ChromeCast permettant de regarder en WIFI vos abonnements Canal Plus via MyCanal, OCS, Netflix, etc... .
Le couchage est réparti en un canapé BZ pour un couchage 2 personnes 140x190 et une cabine indépendante dotée de deux lits superposés.

The rental conforms to the description, at the foot of the slopes and in the immediate vicinity of shops.
The apartment is clean, well appointed, with a partitioned cabin which allows you to isolate yourself, perfectly equipped in terms of kitchen equipment (+Nespresso) and products available (food, hygiene and cleaning, with the addition of a High Speed Internet Access.
Finally, the host is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. He was also very responsive despite my late reservation, so I thank him very much for his welcome!

The welcome and responsiveness were made easier by my presence on site as a vacationer neighbor... which, although common in spring, is not always the case.

The studio is small but well organized, at least with 2 or 3 occupants; with 4 occupants, I think it can be dense.
There is one small flaw. It's at the end of the resort, and the shops are limited to the essentials (supermarket, restaurant, ski rental) and access to the center of Mottaret is not very practical.
Finally, it is rented by a private individual who is very well organized and with whom it is easy to communicate.

The studio is indeed out of the way of the animations but not of the essentials. Its altitude and its direct access to the track was our choice for our personal use. It's calm and the return ski to the feet until the closing of the season assured ;-)
I take care to warn candidate tenants for a 4-person occupation because I share your point of view on this subject and prefer to warn upstream rather than collect dissatisfaction downstream...
Le studio est effectivement excentré des animations mais pas de l'essentiel. Son altitude et son accès direct aux piste a été notre choix pour notre utilisation personnelle. C'est le calme et le retour ski au pieds jusqu'à la fermeture de la saison assuré ;-)
Je prends soin de mettre en garde les locataires candidats pour une occupation à 4 car je partage votre point de vue sur ce sujet et préfère prévenir en amont plutôt que recueillir des mécontentements en aval ...
"Ski to the foot", return accessible by the TS "Combes 1" in the resort of Méribel (in the heart of the 3 Valleys), perfect for skiing.
NB: Small improvement to be made on the small fridge which makes a little noise at night.

For the fridge, setting it up in a studio, also a living space, is actually a little inconvenient. Before replacing it, I would suggest turning down the cold thermostat at bedtime.
Pour le frigo, la mise en route dans un studio, aussi lieux de vie, est effectivement un peu gênant. Avant son remplacement, je suggèrerai de réduire le thermostat de froid au coucher.
The apartment is as described and very functional even if it is very small (many hooks for drying, power strips, appliances,...).
The practical aspects of the site and the availability of the owners make the organization more relaxed.

I plan this spring, or the next, to modify the structure of the cabin room and suddenly redo the parquet floor in order to impact the volume of the living space. This will not change the size of the studio ;-)
J'envisage ce printemps ... ,ou le suivant, de modifier la structure de la chambre cabine et du coup refaire le parquet afin d'impacter le volume du lieu de vie. Cela ne changera pas la superficie du studio ;-)

We enjoyed the location of housing near the tracks, the quality of monitoring and explanations provided by the owner.
Please note that the accommodation is suitable for two people or a couple with a young child maximun.
We regretted the quality of sleep.
It is a very quiet place where we sleep very well. And mountain view is superb. It was only 2 people, maybe a little small for 4.
There is room to park. The shops not far away. There is everything you need.
This is not a luxury studio, but good enough for quality / price ratio.
Well appointed, clean, large balcony, we had a great week four.
Owners always available and attentive to the tenants, great!
