Family-Friendly Services:
Let us know in advance if you need a cot and high chair, subject to availability with 72 hours' notice.
Please note, baby linen is not provided.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in starts from 2:00 pm.
For early or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A €150 deposit is required for access, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided there are no damages.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: €450.
Additional key service is available for stays of 15 days or more.
Misplaced keys may incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Avoid leaving keys on the door or inside.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet to avoid deposit deductions.
Please be mindful of any ongoing construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access:
Kindly refrain from unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.
Special Bookings and Events:
Pre-approval is needed for unique services or events. Deposits are required for Paris 2024 Olympic Games bookings.
Minimum Age Requirement:
Reservation age minimum is 23 years. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement, failing which no refunds will be accepted.
