Welcome to this enchanting dwelling, where you'll be particularly charmed by its vast FITTED TERRACE, perfect for enjoying your meals al fresco while soaking up the gentle sunshine! The property features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a relaxing lounge.
During your stay, you'll have access to a range of facilities including WiFi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a vacuum cleaner, a microwave, an oven, a hair dryer, an iron, a highchair and a baby bath for use in the shower, as well as a cot.
Explore Cabourg's must-see attractions, all within easy reach of your accommodation, such as the Marcel Proust Promenade (5 minutes away by car) and the famous Méridien de l'Amour (7 minutes away). Stroll along Avenue de la Mer (5 minutes away by car) and Avenue du Marché (24 minutes away), where most of Cabourg's shops and restaurants are located. The exceptional advantage of this apartment is its proximity to Cabourg beach, just 50 meters away, as well as the magnificent and renowned Houlgate beach, a 10-minute drive away!
A must-do experience in Cabourg is catamaran sailing! The intercommunal sailing school (12 minutes away by car) offers outings, and if you're a novice, book a session with a sailing instructor who will teach you the basics. After the catamaran, explore other water sports, including the Baie de l'Orne (13 minutes away by car), where you can observe seals, as in the Baie de Somme. A cycle path from Merville-Franceville takes you along the Orne estuary to Ouistreham. Rent a bike and set off on an adventure! The Nomadeshop, a bike rental store, is just 3 minutes away by car. ## Emplacement
Cabourg is a seaside resort in Normandy, on the Côte Fleurie. The town offers a wide range of activities for families, friends and individuals. Fishing and sand yachting make the 4km of fine sand, bordered by the Promenade Marcel Proust and its beautiful houses, an enjoyable experience. The Tourist Office offers a free walking tour of the resort's most beautiful buildings. Like many seaside resorts, Cabourg has a Casino to entertain the grown-ups. Last but not least, Cabourg hosts the annual Romantic Film Festival in June.
