The apartment is located on the top floor of a nice building with a lift, which is accessed from Trinidad Grund 1 street, although the apartment itself has views from the living room and terrace to Plaza de la Marina.

The apartment has been completely renovated and completely new furnished and everything is distributed on the same floor, that is, it has no internal stairs. We access it through a beautiful entrance that acts as a distributor between various areas. On the one hand, the lounge area, very bright, furnished with design and taking care of all the details, where the kitchen is also located, which is independent from the living room, with external ventilation and fully equipped with everything necessary. Finally, right next to the kitchen is one of the bathrooms, this one smaller than the other, but also with a shower plate.

Returning to the entrance or distributor area, if we turn left we find the sleeping area, specifically two comfortable rooms, one of them with a 1.50 x 2.00 double bed and the other with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00. Also in this area is the second bathroom, larger and with a shower plate as well.

In front of the apartment entrance and between both described areas, there is the private terrace, a luxury within the reach of very few apartments in Malaga, because it has views over a good part of the city center, Plaza de la Marina and the sea. Plaza de la Marina is considered one of the central points of the city center itself. It is a few meters from the main attractions of the city, such as the Museums, the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, Pier 1, etc. In addition, there are endless tapas bars, restaurants where you can enjoy the best Andalusian and Malaga cuisine, the best shops and brands, etc.
