Taking advantage of the southside the holiday home is on the 3rd floor of the housing area "Les Rivages de Rochelongue" only a few steps away form the most beautiful beach of the Cape as well as nearby shops and restaurants. The housing area is secure and calm (daygardien, opening of the residence by remote or keys for the residence or keys for the building) and there is access via stairs as well as via elevator.
Modern, comfortable, functional and good equipped it is easy possible to spend the holiday with 2 to 6 persons in the apartement.
