Nice and clean: the complex is fantastic, with a beautiful garden, with fruit trees (from where we took pears and plums delicious), available a mega outdoor fireplace where the stuff being grilled. The owners are lovely people and always available for anything, at any time. Ridiculously low price, I know people who paid twice as much in the area (and in real slums) ... Absolutely recommended! If in the area again we will definitely stay here! .... Thanks again to the owners for the wonderful holiday that we have to do ...
Appartamento bello e pulito: il complesso residenziale è fantastico, con un bellissimo giardino, con alberi da frutto (da dove ci prendevamo pere e susine buonissime), a disposizione un mega camino esterno dove farsi la roba ai ferri.
I proprietari sono persone adorabili e sempre disponibili, per qualunque cosa, in qualsiasi momento.
Prezzo irrisorio, conosco gente che ha pagato il doppio in zona (e in veri tuguri)...
Assolutamente consigliato! Noi se torneremo in zona verremo sicuramente qui!....

The apartment is in Budoni "Malamorì ", in a very quiet and in a strategic position because of its proximity to the beautiful beaches (Brandinchi, Isuledda, Head Tail Horse etc.) And, for the evening, near the center of Budoni, San Teodoro and Porto Ottiolu. The apartments are new, spacious and clean with a wonderful garden. There is a large table for outdoor dining, barbecue and washing machine. The owners Luisa and Angelo and their daughters are very nice, they made us feel at home even though it was the first time. They were advised on the beaches and shopping, and we spent a wonderful evening along with other renters for a dinner organized by the family. What can I say, we were recommended this apartment, we will definitely be back and will recommend it to others. Our stay was perfect.
Gli appartamento sono a Budoni località "Malamorì", in una zona molto tranquilla e in posizione strategica perché vicina alle bellissime spiagge (Cala Brandinchi, Isuledda, Capo coda Cavallo ecc.) e, per la sera, vicinissima al centro di Budoni, San Teodoro o Porto Ottiolu. Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, puliti e spaziosi con un meraviglioso giardino. A disposizione un grande tavolo per cenare fuori, barbecue e lavatrice. I proprietari Luisa e Angelo e le figlie sono molto gentili, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa anche se era la prima volta. Ci hanno consigliato su spiagge e acquisti e abbiamo passato una bellissima serata insieme ad altri affittuari per una cena organizzata dalla famiglia. Che dire, ci avevano consigliato questo appartamento, torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo ad altri. Il nostro soggiorno è stato tutto perfetto.
Me and my family have just returned and already we want to share! Luisa and Angelo, the owners, are two exceptional people who make you feel at home from the first moment you arrive. The apartments are perfect for a beach holiday, no frills but spacious, comfortable and well ventilated! Which is not bad! The area is great for getting to the most popular beaches in the area (La Cinta, Brandinchi, Isuledda etc.). I highly recommend it, the quality / price ratio is all. We will be back ... definitely!
Io e la mia famiglia siamo appena tornati e già vorremmo ripartire! Luisa e Angelo, i proprietari, sono due persone eccezionali che ti fanno sentire a casa dal primo istante in cui arrivi. Gli appartamenti sono perfetti per una vacanza di mare, niente fronzoli ma spaziosi, comodi e ben areati! Che non guasta! The apartment is really nice with amazing views. Ideal for families with children and for those who want to spend a holiday away from the city noise. The owner very helpful to any request. We stayed at the apartments in August: the structure is new, very comfortable, orderly and quiet. Ms. Luisa, her husband and daughters are really special, helpful and accommodating throughout. We were also able to recommend great places to visit, tours to do and the best restaurants in the area. The residence is located in a quiet and convenient to get to the best beaches of the coast. We had a great time during our holiday and we would like to recommend this hotel to both couples and families.
Abbiamo soggiornato presso gli appartamenti nel mese di agosto: la struttura è nuova, molto confortevole, ordinata e silenziosa. La signora Luisa, marito e figlie sono veramente speciali, disponibili e accomodanti in tutto. Ci hanno saputo anche consigliare ottimi luoghi da visitare, le gite da fare e i ristoranti migliori della zona. Il residence è situato in una località tranquilla e comodissima per raggiungere le migliori spiagge del litorale. Siamo stati benissimo durante la nostra vacanza e ci sentiamo di raccomandare questa struttura sia a coppie che a famiglie.
Rent conveniently located 2 minutes from the beach, shops and the harbor busy at night. The apartment very clean, well equipped, large room with nice terrace for dining. The owners are very friendly. Very good book to stay here again.

Apartment really cute and comfortable, the balcony is an added value. The only thing, in the evening there were the mosquitoes and the house does not have mosquito nets. The road to get there is quite steep but after a few days it becomes a habit. Overall, the council ... also for the beautiful scenery.

Unica cosa, di sera c'erano le zanzare e la casa non ha zanzariere.
La strada per arrivare è abbastanza ripida ma dopo qualche giorno ci si fa l'abitudine.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la casa a 2 min.dalla spiaggia. Praticamente sulla spiaggia i proprietari cordiali sempre disponibili la casa nuova pulitissima.un bellissimo terrazzo grande dove pranzare e cenare comodamente, a due passi dalla piazzetta del porto per fare 2 passi e divertirsi animazione sulla spiaggia, negozi e supermarket a 2 passi. Il mare splendido come nelle cartoline. Comodissimo per famiglia e bambini altrettanto per coppie che vogliono visitare tutti le più belle spiaggie in 15 min.insomma .voto10 e lode
Location really impressive, the highlight of the house is the terrace from which you can 'enjoy an excellent view of the whole stretch of coast. The apartment is newly built and is quite large. From the apartment you can reach the best beaches in the area in just a few minutes drive away. Only note to consider is that the road to the house is quite steep and not very large, but once you arrive you can enjoy a breathtaking view and a great stillness. Location veramente suggestiva, il punto di forza della casa è il terrazzo dal quale si puo' godere di una vista eccellente su tutto il tratto di costa.
L'appartamento è di recente costruzione ed è piuttosto ampio.
Dall'appartamento si possono raggiungere le migliori spiagge della zona in pochi minuti di auto.
Unica nota da considerare è che la strada per raggiungere la casa è piuttosto ripida e non molto larga, ma comunque una volta arrivati si gode di una panorama mozzafiato e di una quiete fantastica. Lo terremo in considerazione per le nostre eventuali prossime incursioni sulla nostra bella Sardegna.

Excellent location on the hill overlooking the sea. Home clean and owner very friendly and helpful. Location of the house only recommended for those on a means of transport; just a few minutes drive you can reach the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Budoni / San Teodoro.
Ottima la posizione sulla collina vista mare. Casa pulita e proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione della casa consigliata solo per chi ha un mezzo di trasporto; a pochi minuti di macchina si possono raggiungere le più belle spiagge della costa di Budoni/San Teodoro.
