Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 25 m² garden. - A shared (unheated) 180 m² swimming pool, open from April 15 to October 15 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is gated and fenced.
- A 25 m² terrace at the front of the apartment
- A 15 m² terrace at the rear of the apartment, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A private, unfenced 25 m² garden leading onto the rear terrace.
The apartment is ideally located in Azille, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
The residence is very quiet, relaxing and family-friendly.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot.
