The newly built house (2010) is situated in a quiet area, a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bedoin.
Accomodation for 6 persons, can be rented all year.
Belgian (Flemish) owners.
Private pool open from beginning of May to end of September.

De nieuwgebouwde woning (2010) ligt op 600 m van het dorp Bedoin, rustig gelegen maar niet geïsoleerd.
Het huis biedt plaats aan 6 personen en kan gans het jaar gehuurd worden. Vlaamse eigenaren.
Privé zwembad (open van begin mei tot eind september). Grote omheinde tuin 1200 m2, poort kan op slot. Uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux en het dorp. Ruim overdekt terras, aanpalend aan de woning, tweede terras aan (afgesloten) poolhouse. Voldoende tuinmeubilair aanwezig. Barbecue op houtskool. Petanquebaan.

Uitstekende ligging voor fietsers.

By car via A7, sortie Carpentras, then follow direction Mont Vantoux Sud/Bedoin.
By train to Avignon, then rented car.
Met de wagen bereikbaar via A7, afrit 22 nemen, verder richting Carpentras D950 volgen tot het rond punt (Rocade Carpentras), vervolgens de D942 richting Mont Ventoux Sud/Bedoin volgen.
Met TGV tot Avignon, verder vervoer met huurwagen.

Taxe de sejour wordt berekend op basis van huurprijs en aantal personen volgens de geldende tarieven en dient voldaan te worden bij betaling van het saldo.
Bedlinnen kan gehuurd worden op verzoek aan 20 euro/persoon.
