You will be staying in a 4-room terraced house that spans 120 square meters across two levels. The spacious and bright living quarters feature modern and comfortable furnishings, including a large living/dining room of 35 square meters with a dining table and flat-screen TV. The living/dining room provides access to the garden and terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a supply of coffee capsules (NESPRESSO + filter). The kitchen also has a bar area and access to the terrace. On the same level, you'll find a shower room with a bidet and toilet, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) and a shower, another with a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), and a third with two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long). All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is an additional shower room and a separate toilet on this level, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating.

During your vacation, you'll have access to various amenities, including a 20-square-meter terrace and a large 60-square-meter terrace (located on the roof of the first floor, though unfurnished). The property is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and free WiFi internet. Reserved parking is available for two cars. Air conditioning is provided throughout the living spaces and bedrooms, and the property features forced-air heating as well. You'll find a dishwasher, microwave, and television (flat-screen) on the premises. The maximum capacity for the property is six guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms available.

Please note that the television only receives French channels, and there is a smoke alarm installed for your safety. The property is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of CGI. 13028002495H4. While the large 60-square-meter terrace is unfurnished, it provides ample outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment during your vacation. The property allows a maximum of two pets, just an example, ensuring a comfortable stay for you and your furry companions.
