Friendly owner helpful with any request. House in the main street but slightly offset from the promenade and then little noisy. Beautiful beaches within easy reach with a short drive.

I stayed for a week in the company of six other people and we all had a great time in this house. We had no problem of space, the house is comfortable and above all is very airy. The value for money is great.
Ho alloggiato per una settimana in compagnia di altre sei persone e ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo in questa casa. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema di spazio, la casa è confortevole e soprattutto è molto arieggiata. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

House beautiful: the location is fabulous views of the Gulf of Cagliari that winds Quiet, green, and inside there is all you need, is also decorated so nice. The veranda outside is beautiful: there is no shade in the morning to have breakfast and then in the evening the sun setting into the sea does not bother you at all, so it's even more beautiful. Tranquilla nel verde e all'interno c'è tutto quello che occorre, è arredata anche in modo simpatico.
La veranda all'esterno è bellissima: c'è ombra alla mattina per fare colazione e quindi alla sera il sole che tramonta verso il mare non ti disturba per niente, anzi è ancora più bello. Anche il barbecue è una bellezza e ne abbiamo usufruito.
Abbiamo passato una vacanza meravigliosa peccato troppo corta... speriamo di poterci tornare

The apartment is located right on the main street so very convenient to all amenities. And 'conform to the description and we liked the brightness and tranquility. Some pots were not used because they are too spoiled anyway but the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very polite and helpful. We highly recommend it because the location is ideal to reach so many unforgettable beaches.
L'appartamento è situato proprio lungo la via principale perciò comodissimo a tutti i servizi. E' conforme alla descrizione e ne abbiamo apprezzato la luminosità e la tranquillità. Alcune pentole non erano utilizzabili perché troppo rovinate ma la cucina aveva comunque tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese e disponibile. Lo consigliamo vivamente anche perché la posizione è ideale per raggiungere tante spiagge indimenticabili.
We rented the house of Simon for 2 weeks, were I more 4 other friends, we were fully satisfied with the apartment and the hospitality of Simone, the home conforms to the description of the site, very nice and cozy, bright and at the same time very ventilated area, perfect for hot summer days, the beaches are a ten minute drive to beaches ... and that !! A few steps away you can find anything from the shop to the tobacconist, pizzerias, bakers and more x any need. To all those concerned fully recommend contacting Simone!
Abbiamo affittato la casa di Simone per 2 settimane, eravamo io piu altri 4 amici, siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti dell'appartamento e della accoglienza di Simone, la casa è conforme alla descrizione del sito, molto carina e accogliente, luminosa e nello stesso tempo molto ventilata, ideale per le calde giornate estive, le spiagge sono a dieci minuti d'auto ...e che spiagge!! A due passi si trova di tutto dal market al tabaccaio, pizzerie, panettieri e tanto altro x qualsiasi esigenza.

First time in costa Rey and first experience in a home with my family ... the house enjoys a strategic position: 300 meters from the sea -> great !! (I recommend the beach in front of the Restaurant Escargot) and is 2 steps from the center (Italian piazza, Piazza Colombo, close to restaurants and Supermarket). House tidy and clean, the veranda really great to eat, there you are comfortably in 03.04. should be noted: in the days more 'hot night, it is difficult to sleep !!
Prima volta in costa Rey e prima esperienza in una casa con la mia family...la casa gode di una posizione strategica: 300 mt dal mare --> fantastico!! (consiglio la spiaggia davanti al Ristorante Escargot) ed è a 2 passi dal centro (piazza Italia, piazza Colombo, vicino a ristoranti e Supermarket).
Casa in ordine e pulita, la veranda davvero fantastica per mangiare, ci si sta comodamente in 3/4.
da segnalare: nelle giornate piu' calde, la notte, è difficile dormire!!
The house is cozy, very close to the beach is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron, electric oven and vacuum cleaner that does not hurt. Comfortable bathroom though small, bedrooms appropriate for their summer holidays. The living area with sofa and TV, nice to spend the hottest hours as the house is well ventilated. Very beautiful two palm trees in the garden where you can get some fresh air ... and make some nap!
La casa è accogliente, molto vicina alla spiaggia è fornita di lavatrice, phon, ferro da stiro, forno elettrico e aspirapolvere che non guasta. Bagno comodo anche se piccolo, stanze da letto adeguate per il soggiorno estivo. La zona giorno, con divanetto e TV, piacevole per trascorrervi le ore più calde poichè la casa è ben areata. Molto belle le due palme nel giardino dove si può prendere il fresco e... fare anche qualche dormitina!

The house is very beautiful, very comfortable, and full of everything. E 'surrounded by a garden with a well-maintained lawn ideal for outdoor moments. L'abitazione è molto bella, veramente comoda, e completa di tutto. E' circondata da un giardino con un prato molto curato ideale per trascorrere dei momenti all'aperto.

House very comfortable and cozy with stunning views, located in a lovely spot just a few steps from the sea and is recommended for a relaxing holiday.
