Holiday apartment of 40 m2, 20 m from the beach, direct access to the sea with no roads to cross. Well equipped for a relaxing stay by the sea and borderd by the pine trees of Agelès, not far from the tourist attractions in this region. Next to the sea, you can enjoy the mild climate from Easter until Halloween.
A quick description:
One large bedroom with a double bed and a children's fold-up bed. A smaller room with one bunk bed. A shower, sink and toilet in the bathroom
The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, one gas hob and a washing machine.
The lounge has a sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fridge freezer.
The terrace is a relaxing corner facing the pine trees and the beach.
Appartement de vacances coquet de 40 m2, avec vue sur la pinede et la plage, situé à 20 m de la plage avec un accès direct à la mer, sans route à traverser.
Équipé pour passer un agréable séjour de détente face à la plage bordée de pins d'Argelès, proche des lieux touristiques de la région.
La situation en bordure de mer permet de bénéficier d'un climat doux de Pâques à la Toussaint.
Situé au 2ème et dernier étage, l'appartement comprend:
- une grande chambre avec lit double et lit enfant pliable,
- une "cabine" avec deux lits simples superposés,
- une salle d'eau,
- une cuisine équipée avec un four, un micro onde, une plaque de cuisson au gaz, une cafetière et un lave linge,
- un séjour contenant un canapé lit, table- chaises , une télévision, un réfrigérateur congélateur, ne chaine hifi,
- un balcon, petit coin détente face à la pinède et à la plage.
Les réservations s'effectuent du samedi au samedi pendant les périodes de vacances scolaires, et pour un minimum de 5 jours en dehors de ces périodes.

Vue pinède, plage et mer. Chemin pédestre et cyclable à 20 mètres pour se promener le long de la grande plage d'Argelès.
En face de l'appartement, magnifique plage de sable surveillée (poste de secours n°2 en face) avec snacks et activités aquatiques pour adultes et enfants (voile, canoë...) .
En marchant à pied:
- au Nord, en vingt minutes accès à la reserve naturelle du Mas Larrieu (maillots de bain optionnels).
