New one floor house (built 2018) on a property of 1200 m2 comprising:

1) A main house with a 40 m2 living room with an open-plan kitchen, a parents bedroom, a children's bedroom with 3 beds + a baby bed, a bathroom with a bath with a shower and WC + an independent WC.

2) A second house, the "Fishermen cabin" with a king-size bed, a bathroom with an italian-style shower, a dressing room + independent WC.

3) A heated pool (9 m x 4,5 m) with a security barrier (electric shutter), surrounded by a large wooden terrace, itself surrounded by a 900 m2 garden.

4) An outside but covered dining room with a barbecue and a plancha (gaz) with its own fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher).

3) Un grand préau couvert inclus dans la seconde maison avec salle à manger complète (table 10-12 personnes), comprenant cheminée avec barbecue, plancha (gaz), et cuisine attenante totalement équipée avec lave-vaisselle.

4) Une piscine chauffée (de juin à septembre) de 9 m x 4,5 m, protégée par un volet électrique, entourée d'une grande terrasse en bois exposée sud, le tout inséré dans un jardin d'environ 900 m2 avec grande pelouse face à la piscine.
