C'est un emplacement idéal pour des VACANCES EN FAMILLE.
Nichée dans un lieu calme et reposant avec son grand jardin arboré d'oliviers et de fleurs du maquis, La maison a été entièrement rénovée (literie, cuisine, lave-linge, électricité, plomberie...) et bénéficie d’un grand confort (connexion Internet Wi-Fi, TV, Hifi).
Cette maison DE CHARME est constituée de 3 chambres, dont une avec sa salle de bain, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6/7 personnes, d'une cuisine ouverte sur un grand salon/salle à manger et d'une deuxième salle de bain indépendante. La plage de Portigliolo est à 250m à pied, en descente à l’aller, en montée au retour. Je mets à disposition une poussette-canne pour les petits. L'EAU Y EST TRANSPARENTE avec une grande partie en sable et quelques rochers. C'est une plage calme et très familiale. Un club de voile permet aux enfants, ados, adultes de prendre des cours ou de louer planches à voile, dériveurs, paddle... On peut jouer au beach volley, avoir de longues soirées sur la plage en mangeant des pizzas en écoutant de la musique... Il n'y a aucun danger pour les ados de se retrouver en boites de nuit car il n'y en a pas ! Une tranquillité pour les parents et un vrai sentiment de liberté (sans risque) pour les ados.

We really liked La Barake (grocery store and bar by the sea) with a very nice couple.
We also recommend "the wine cellar" on the beach also a charming couple, all 300m from the house as described in the owner's ad.
