This pretty house on the ground floor hat a spacious living room with open kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms (1 mezzanine), one bathroom with shower and washing machine, private garden overlooking the sea. The garden is equipped with table and chairs and allows you to have lunch while enjoying an amazing view of the Île-Rousse Gulf. The house and the garden are for exclusive access to guests.
Private indoor parking space. The house is just a few meters from a reef that is easily accessible and it is a 15-minute walk from the white sandy beach of Île-Rousse.

In 15 minutes on foot, you reach the Ile Rousse beach with white sand and clear water. The town of Ile Rousse at 1 Km is very lively with cafes and bars under the plane trees and games of bowls, nice shops and narrow streets full of restaurants.
At 20 km is Calvi with nightclubs and many tourist attractions.

La cittadina di Ile Rousse ad 1 Km è molto vivace con caffè e bar sotto i platani e gioco delle bocce e offre bei negozi e viuzze piene di ristoranti. Getting there
From the airport/port of Bastia, follow the signs for Calvi-Ajaccio. Once in Monticello, before the level crossing, take the first road on the right and follow the signs for the Mare Turchinu residence. At the end of the road you will find the entrance to the garage with a private parking space.
Dall'aeroporto/porto di Bastia si seguono le indicazioni per Calvi-Ajaccio. Arrivati in località Monticello, prima del passaggio a livello prendere la prima stradina a destra e seguire le indicazioni per il residence Mare Turchinu.
