The bright and modern living/sleeping room features a double sofa bed, dining table, and a TV that can be hired. It has an exit leading to the terrace. There is also one room with a French bed. The small, open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The house has a separate WC and either a bath or shower. It is important to note that this is a non-smoking house, and it comes with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Additionally, this type of house can also be arranged over 2 floors, where instead of a bedroom, there is a gallery open to the living room with a French bed.
