House clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (there is also a kettle, a coffee maker and an air conditioner). Super relaxing private garden. The apartment is surrounded by nature and is part of a villa with several apartments. A common room with barbecue and billiards is available to all guests; but also a jacuzzi! The house is located a few minutes drive from Calvi. Friendly and helpful owners !!
Casa pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole ( vi è anche un bollitore, una macchinetta del caffè e il condizionatore). Giardino privato super rilassante. L'appartamento è immerso nella natura e fa parte di una villa con più appartamenti. A disposizione di tutti gli ospiti ci sono una stanza in comune con barbecue e biliardo; ma anche una vasca idromassaggio!
La casa si trova a qualche minuto di auto da Calvi. Proprietari disponibili e gentili!!

Our 2 week vacation went very well. The studio is very functional and charming a few meters from the beach. Anne Marie is very caring. Lovely and charming person. I highly recommend... As it says in the announcement, the shops are close on foot. Everything is perfect! Thank you for your kindness Anne Marie. Looking forward to coming back next year.

The apartment is very well thought out, recently renovated, modern style, well furnished and perfectly equipped. Very well located with access on foot to the beach (3 min) and to the city center (10 minutes by the seaside). Located in a private, secure area (residence with barriers then electric gate), private parking and terrace perfectly fitted out to feel good there. Sébastien, the host, has very well designed this apartment in his residence with independent access and without vis-à-vis. The bedroom is very large so perfect if you need to install a cot there and the bed is very comfortable, of very good quality. The bathroom too, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, we lacked nothing during our rental week! Sébastien is a very welcoming host, from the hospitality industry therefore very professional, extremely friendly, responsive and available, with good recommendations for restaurants;) We highly recommend and will come back if we go back to Ile Rousse! :) Thanks !
L'appartement est très bien pensé, récemment rénové, style moderne, bien aménagé et parfaitement équipé.
Très bien localisé avec accès à pieds à la plage (3 min) et au centre-ville (10 minutes par le bord de mer).
Situé dans un espace privé, sécurisé (résidence avec barrières puis portail électrique), parking privatif et terrasse parfaitement aménagée pour s'y sentir bien. Sébastien, l'hôte, a très bien conçu cet appartement dans sa résidence avec des accès indépendants et sans vis-à-vis.
La chambre est très grande donc parfaite si besoin d'y installer un lit bébé et le lit est très confortable, de très bonne qualité. La salle de bain aussi, cuisine parfaitement équipée avec lave linge, nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant notre semaine de location !
Sébastien est un hôte très accueillant, du métier de l’hôtellerie donc très professionnel, extrêmement sympathique, réactif et disponible, avec de bonnes recommandations pour les restaurants ;)

Superb location and above all superb owners nothing was missing little rosé wine at the reception was waiting for us in the very clean apartment and above all nothing was missing at all. An unforgettable stay! I recommend this rental for holidays in Corsica. All shops 5 minutes from the accommodation: pharmacy and tobacconist. Very good rating.
Superbe location et surtout superbes propriétaires rien ne manquait petit vin rosé à l accueil nous attendait dans l appartement très propre et surtout il ne manquait rien du tout. Un séjour inoubliable! Je recommande cette location pour des vacances en Corse. Tous les commerces à 5 minutes du logement : pharmacie et bureau de tabac. Très bonne note.

Announcement perfectly consistent with the rental. Excellent relationship with the owner. A rich household equipment both in terms of dishes and cleaning products. The only downside is that there is certainly occasional noise from the neighborhood. The proximity of all services is an undeniable asset. A very pleasant stay to recommend.
Annonce parfaitement conforme à la location. Excellents rapports avec la propriétaire. Un équipement ménager riche tant au niveau de la vaisselle que des produits d'entretien. Mini villa in a nice residence surrounded by greenery and well cared for with collective swimming pool. The house had everything you need as described with a large terrace. The residence is located at the tavern port and is far from any shop or supermarket, and to go shopping or eat an ice cream you have to move to San Nicolao (10 minutes by road). The beach is 10 minutes away on foot and is very large in a natural state. Mrs A. was very welcoming, nice and very helpful.
Mini villetta in una residence carina immersa nel verde e molto curata con piscina colletiva. La casa aveva tutto il necessario come descrtitto con ampio terrazzo. La residence si trova al porto taverna ed è lontana da ogni negozio o supermercato, e per fare la spesa o mangiare un gelato bisogna spostarsi a San Nicolao (10 minuti di strada). La spiaggia è a 10 mn a piedi ed è grandissima in stato naturale. La signora A. era molto accogliente, simpatica e molto disponibile.

A fantastic stay. In the apartment we found everything you need and in the residence also the washing machine, very useful. Mr. D., the owner, is a very kind person. He advised us on the itineraries to do in Balagne or where to eat. We will remember this holiday in Corsica with pleasure also thanks to this place, where the view of Calvi and the Citadel looks like a postcard. Without forgetting the garden, wonderful. Un soggiorno fantastico. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e nella residenza anche la lavatrice, molto utile. il Sig. D., il proprietario, è persona molto gentile. Ci ha consigliato sugli itinerari da fare in Balagne o dove andare a mangiare.
Ricorderemo con piacere questa vacanza in Corsica anche grazie a questo luogo, dove la vista su Calvi e la Cittadella, sembra una cartolina. Senza dimenticare il giardino, meraviglioso.

Very nice air-conditioned studio, well equipped, very clean, perfect for 2 people, quiet with small garden, 30 seconds from a large sandy beach, free secure parking 2 steps from the studio, a starting point for visiting the north and the south of the island, 20min from the port of BASTIA and the airport, an ultra friendly and very available owner; in short, what more could you ask for ?? Trés joli studio climatisé, bien équipé, très propre, parfait pour 2 personnes, au calme avec petit jardin, à 30 secondes d'une grande plage de sable fin, un parking sécurisé gratuit à 2 pas du studio, un point de départ pour visiter le nord et le sud de l'ile, à 20min du port de BASTIA et de l'aéroport, une propriétaire ultra sympathique et très dispo ; bref, quoi demander de plus ?? RIEN !!!!

Pour commencer un très bon accueil de Laetitia disponible et agréable. Ensuite une maison agréable en tous points,fonctionnelle résidence propre calme et proche de tout.
De plus la gentillesse et les petites attentions de Mme G la propriétaire furent très appréciées. Bref un excellent séjour a Calvi et nous ne.manquerons pas de conseiller cette location. Nous reviendrons sûrement d'ailleurs.
