Ideally located on the edge of the Morbihan coast, close to the Rhuys peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan, Ambon invites you to explore our beautiful Brittany. The coast with beaches and rocky coasts suitable for shore fishing. A territory full of charm that will reveal itself to you, as you walk, and will have many surprises in store for you! Only 200 m away, you can enjoy the pleasures of the sea. The cottage is an old family house offering you volume and space. Perfectly equipped, you won't miss anything here! To relax between after your days of discovery or between two getaways, you will enjoy an indoor spa with 5 seats, with shower area and wc (being installed, will be ready for February). Children will appreciate the large enclosed garden with the trampoline and you can play nice games of table tennis.
On the ground floor, the house offers: an equipped kitchen, a large living room to meet during meals, with living room and lounge. Also on this level: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), a bathroom (bath and shower), a separate toilet and a laundry room.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160 bed (divisible into 2 x 80), 1 bedroom with 2 90 beds and 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 160 bed divisible into 2x80, and 2 90 beds including 1 bunk), 2 bathrooms, one with toilet, and a separate toilet. You will also have on the 1st floor (above the relaxation room (independent interior staircase): 2 small bedrooms (each with a 160 bed divisible by 2 x 80), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Vehicle parking in the yard. The house is located next to the Cromenach campsite (managed by the owner), you can enjoy the campsite facilities (playground, pétanque area, billiards ...)
