Very comfortable house, spacious, well organized, spotlessly clean and with pleasant furnishings. The only thing is the dated bathroom. Excellent location, close to the town but out of the crowd. Very kind and helpful owners. We stayed very well.
Casa molto confortevole, spaziosa, ben organizzata, pulitissima e con arredamento gradevole. Unico appunto il bagno datato. Ottima la posizione, vicina al paese ma fuori dalla calca. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Siamo stati molto bene.
Apartment in an excellent position, very close to the sea (as described in the announcement) and the attached parking is really convenient. You could certainly improve with the mosquito nets on the windows which being surrounded by greenery are very useful and a greater attention to maintenance (bed with broken stave and adjusted with scotch, umbrella with several gashes). As for the place: don't miss it
Appartamento in ottima posizione, vicinissima al mare (come descritto nell' annuncio) e il parcheggio annesso è veramente comodo. Si potrebbe sicuramente migliorare con le zanzariere alle finestre che essendo circondati dal verde sono molto utili e una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione (letto con doga rotta e aggiustata con lo scotch, ombrellone con parecchi squarci). Per quanto riguarda il luogo: da non perdere
We found ourselves very well first of all for the location near the center and the beach, but also because it is located in an area far from the chaos. We found it an ideal solution for families with small children: it is a large, spacious apartment, it has a beautiful veranda surrounded by greenery, as well as the convenience of the adjacent playground. Thanks to Stefano and his wife for their kind and welcome, we hope to return soon!
Ci siamo trovati molto bene prima di tutto per la posizione vicino al centro e alla spiaggia, ma anche perché si trova al tempo stesso in zona lontana dal caos. L'abbiamo trovata una soluzione ideale per famiglie con bimbi piccoli: è un appartamento ampio, spazioso, ha una bella veranda circondata dal verde, oltre alla comodità del parco giochi adiacente.
Grazie a Stefano e a sua moglie per la gentile e gradita accoglienza, speriamo di tornare presto!
The holiday home was in accordance with the description of the advertisement. Excellent location, strategic, a few kilometers from the main beaches of the island, and at the same time far from the chaos and heat of the town centers because of its hillside position. The owner is very friendly and helpful. If I were to return to the Island of Elba I would keep this solution in mind again.

La casa dispone del necessario, ed è sufficientemente spaziosa. Molto gradevole l'ampio giardino, dove è possibile stare per mangiare, leggere e riposare al fresco. Ottima la posizione, che permette di essere fuori dal traffico e dalla confusione, ma nello stesso tempo di poter raggiungere in pochi minuti Marina di Campo. Posizione inoltre molto comoda per muoversi verso le altre località dell'isola.
Simple two-room apartment, but in a beautiful location. Kind and helpful owner. Apartment (perfect for a couple) convenient for visiting all of Elba. Naregno beach really "behind the house". Small open space in the shade of large maritime pines. Other owners of the residential complex respectful of neighbors and silence. From what we understand, the convenience store has unfortunately closed since this year. The enchanting beach of Cala Perla deserves to be reached on foot (via a comfortable and simple path). In a word: recommended rental.
Bilocale semplice, ma in posizione bellissima. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Appartamento (perfetto per una coppia) comodo per visitare un po' tutta l'Elba. Spiaggia di Naregno davvero "dietro casa". Piccolo spazio all'aperto all'ombra di grandi pini marittimi. Altri proprietari del complesso residenziale rispettosi dei vicini e del silenzio. Da quanto abbiamo capito il minimarket ha purtroppo chiuso da quest'anno. Merita raggiungere a piedi (via comodo e semplice sentiero) l'incantevole spiaggia di Cala Perla. In una parola: locazione consigliata.
The "Ninetta" holiday home is located in a beautiful place with a clear view of the sea. It is well equipped and gives ample space for two people. both inside and outside. At the center of Rio Marina you can arrive on foot within 15/20 minutes. We can highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.
La casa vacanze „Ninetta“ è situata in un posto splendido con vista libera sul mare. È ben attrezzata e dà vasto spazio per due persone. sia all‘interna che all‘esterno. Al centro di Rio Marina si arriva a piedi entro 15/20 minuti.
Possiamo vivamente raccomandare questo bell‘alloggio.
The Mirta house is perfectly equipped, in the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook and also to pack food, the sofa bed in the living room is super comfortable as well as being new, the beds in the entrance room are comfortable, and all the mattresses and pillows had clean and scented covers. The house was perfectly clean, so that the floor shone! You don't find a speck of dust even on a shelf ... in short, such a clean house I had never found it! TV with Sky decoder, washing machine in the bathroom, balcony with large table and chairs for eight people. Excellent location, 100 meters from the center but with the convenience of the condominium parking (there is not always room but there are other parking lots nearby and we have never had any problems parking). The condominium pool is cleaned every morning and is beautiful. Air conditioning is available for a fee (we didn't need it). Mirta and her sister Monica are always available, quick to respond and extremely kind. I highly recommend qs apartment, even for the competitive price.
La casa di Mirta e’ perfettamente attrezzata, in cucina si trova tutto il necessario per cucinare e anche per inscatolare i cibi, il divano letto nel soggiorno oltre ad essere nuovo e’ super comodo , i lettini della stanza di ingresso sono comodi, e tutti i materassi e cuscini erano dotati di coperture pulite e profumate. La casa era perfettamente pulita, tanto che il pavimento brillava! Non si trova un granello di polvere nemmeno su una mensola...insomma una casa così pulita non l’avevo mai trovata! Tv con decoder Sky, lavatrice in bagno, balcone con grande tavolo e sedie per otto persone. Posizione eccellente, a 100 mt dal centro ma con la comodità del parcheggio condominiale (non sempre si trova posto ma ci sono altri parcheggi vicino e noi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a parcheggiare). La piscina condominiale viene pulita ogni mattina ed e’ bellissima. A pagamento e’ possibile usufruire dell’aria condizionata (noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno). Mirta e sua sorella Monica sono sempre disponibili, rapide nelle risposte ed estremante gentili. Consiglio vivamente qs appartamento, anche per il prezzo concorrenziale.
Well furnished apartment, with taste and in a marine theme. Veranda on the Gulf of Mola fantastic in the morning and evening with a view also on Capoliveri. Its position between Porto Azzuro and Capoliveri is strategic. Equipped, at the request of air conditioning, me, my wife and our dog (a barboincino) we had a great time. Owners very friendly and helpful. recommended for two people who want to spend a quiet and romantic holiday
Appartamentino ben arredato, con gusto e in tema marinaresco. Veranda sul golfo di Mola fantastica la mattina e la sera con vista anche su Capoliveri. Strategica la sua posizione tra porto Azzuro e Capoliveri. Dotato , su richiesta di aria condizionata, io, mia moglie e il nostro cane ( un barboincino ) siamo stati benissimo. I proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. consigliato per due persone che vogliono trascorrere un periodo di vacanza all'insegna della tranquillita' e del romanticismo

The location is absolutely perfect 20 steps from the beach. The owner, Luigi, is an exquisite and always present and available person. The apartment is comfortable and well-stocked. It was truly a perfect vacation.

Owners very kind and extremely available. The apartment is on the beach. Spectacular and peaceful area. It makes you forgive the little street that is not really comfortable. Great for a holiday for those who love the sea and beaches that are not too crowded.

Excellent solution is good value for money. The location is exceptional, out of the chaos but close to all services and coves and beautiful beaches. Partly dated furniture and basic kitchen equipment, but not anything that you can't do without on holiday. Mosquito nets on the windows and fresh house. The perfect outdoor space for both lunch and dinner.
Ottima soluzione è buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La posizione è eccezionale, fuori dal caos ma vicina a tutti i servizi e a calette e spiagge bellissime. Arredamento in parte datato e dotazione cucina essenziale, ma non mNca nulla di cui non si possa fare a meno in vacanza. Zanzariere alle finestre e casa fresca. Lo spazio esterno perfetto sia a pranzo sia a cena.
Apartment 50 meters from the beach of Naregno (It is not among the most popular on the island and therefore not very crowded) however, the beach and the sea are clean .... The apartment is as described in the announcement furniture and utensils are a bit 'dated but working. The only thing that should be improved is the bathroom which is tiny and the various accessories (shower, bidet and toilet sink) are poorly arranged and make it even more cramped. However if you look for something near the sea and out of the chaos this apartment is ideal. I strongly recommend everyone to go by car because there is no market nearby or even a newsagent .... only hotels and residences 2 bars and 2 restaurants that are already closed at 10 pm
Appartamento a 50 metri dalla spiaggia di Naregno (Non è tra le più gettonate dell'isola e quindi poco affollata) la spiaggia e il mare comunque sono puliti....L'appartamento è come descritto nell'annuncio arredamento e utensili sono un po' datati ma funzionanti. Unica cosa che andrebbe migliorato è il bagno che è minuscolo e i vari accessori (lavabo bidet doccia e water) sono disposti male e lo rendono ancora più angusto. Comunque se si cerca qualcosa vicino al mare e fuori dal caos questo appartamento è ideale. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di andare in auto perché nelle vicinanze non c'è nessun market e neppure un'edicola....solo hotel e residence 2 bar e 2 ristorantini che tra l'altro alle 22 sono già chiusi
