The house overlooks the Gulf of Capoliveri and is in a quiet and shady position. You can reach the beach of Calanchiole and the Lido in a few minutes walk. Simple and somewhat dated but in a good state of preservation, there are all the accessories to make your stay comfortable. Excellent mattresses and pillows. Beautiful garden with outdoor shower, barbecue and terrace where you can always eat al fresco and sheltered from the wind. Cleaning level upon arrival adequate. Owner very kind and always available. I would recommend changing the shower curtain only and ventilating the cabinets more often.
La casa si affaccia sul golfo di Capoliveri ed è in posizione tranquilla ed ombreggiata.
Si arriva in pochi minuti di passeggiata alla spiaggia delle Calanchiole e al Lido.
Arredamento semplice e un po' datato ma in buono stato di conservazione, presenti tutti gli accessori per rendere confortevole il soggiorno. Materassi e cuscini ottimi.
Bellissimo il giardino con doccia esterna, barbecue e la terrazza in cui mangiare sempre al fresco e riparati dal vento.
Livello di pulizia all'arrivo adeguato. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.
Consiglierei di cambiare solo la tenda della doccia e arieggiare gli armadi più spesso.
I stayed a week in this apartment with my family. It is an apartment in the open countryside but very close to the sea. The nearest beach is about 500 meters away, it is not the most beautiful of the island but always pleasant. POSITIVE: convenient location if you intend to move to visit the beaches, good reception, very friendly people. The children have a lot of fun and are free to move without any danger. NEGATIVE: if you look for the comfort of a comfortable home to not touch the car this is not good because for anything to be taken.

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. E' un appartamento in aperta campagna ma molto vicino al mare. La spiaggia più vicina dista circa 500 metri, non è la più bella dell'isola ma sempre piacevole.
POSITIVO: comoda la posizione se si ha intenzione di spostarsi per visitare le spiagge, buona accoglienza, persone molto cordiali. I bambini si divertono molto e sono liberi di muoversi senza alcun pericolo.
NEGATIVO: se si cerca la comodità di una casa comoda per non toccare l'auto questa non va bene perché per qualsiasi cosa va presa.

The house perfectly matches the pictures. The view on the sea is amazing: boats, view on the rocks, the coast of Italy .. all can be enjoyed from one of the many chairs in the garden. The interior is new and clean. The two bathrooms very comfortable for our family of five. The walk to Rio de Marina is just about 10 minutes and 6/7 minutes to the nearest (rocky) beach. The outdoor shower is really handy after a dip in the sea. The surroundings are quite (but not isolated). Car parking is provided 50 meters from the house. The only comment would be 30 steps to get to the house. Also a bit more shade in the early morning would be useful when we visited during the hottest week of the year.

We stayed at this beautiful chalet with breathtaking views. The house is very welcoming, clean and well-equipped (I emphasize very clean and well equipped) of new and functional equipment, with also the dishwasher and washing machine. The owners are exquisitely kind, they allowed us to pick up their tomatoes and figs. We will definitely stay at this cozy chalet.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima villetta con panorama mozzafiato. La casa è molto accogliente, pulitissima e ben dotata (sottolineo pulitissima e ben dotata) di attrezzature nuove e funzionali, con a disposizione anche la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice. I proprietari sono squisitamente gentili, ci hanno permesso di raccogliere i pomodori del loro orto ed i fichi. Sicuramente ritorneremo a soggiornare in questa accogliente villetta.

The sea view apartment is located in a good location. You can easily reach the center of Capoliveri and the beaches of Zuccale and Barabarca. Mrs Katia was very welcoming and helpful.
L'appartamento con vista mare è situato in una buona posizione. Si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Capoliveri e le spiagge di Zuccale e Barabarca.

Casa molto confortevole e carina, dotata veramente di ogni comfort. Buona posizione perché lontana dal caos cittadino ma comunque vicina alle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Unica pecca, la mancanza dell'aria condizionata, che con i caldi assurdi che ci sono adesso ci vuole. per il resto tutto top. E i rapporti con la signora proprietaria e il signore che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, ottimi: due persone gentilissime.

We stayed in the Luna apartment. We had a great time. Wonderful view over Porto Azzurro, ideal apartment for a couple. In the apartment there was nothing missing, the laundry was also very convenient. Quiet area and very close to the center of Capoliveri. Elba is wonderful, we fell in love with Capoliveri, a real gem, and will definitely return to Villa Soledad.
Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Luna. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Meravigliosa vista su Porto Azzurro, appartamento ideale per una coppia. Nell'appartamento non mancava nulla, molto comoda anche la lavanderia. Zona silenziosa e molto vicina al centro di Capoliveri. L'Elba è meravigliosa, noi ci siamo innamorati di Capoliveri, vero gioiello, e sicuramente torneremo a Villa Soledad.
