The apartment is located on a small gracious residence overlooking the harbor harbor. The accommodation has been recently refurbished, the furniture is brand new and there is no lack of comfort. We stayed in family with a 10 year old little boy and a little dog ... it was all right! The beach under the house is to be avoided but within a few minutes drive you will reach many beautiful beaches and all the resorts of Elba, the supermarket, restaurants, etc ... The owners were very nice. I recommend it to everybody.
L'appartamento si trova su un piccolo grazioso residence affacciato sul porto di mola. L'alloggio è stato recentemente ristrutturato, i mobili sono nuovissimi e non manca nessuna comodità. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia con una bimba di 10 anni e un piccolo cagnolino...è stato tutto perfetto! La spiaggia sotto casa è da evitare ma in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono molte belle spiagge e tutte le località dell'Elba, il supermercato, ristoranti, ecc... Le proprietarie sono state gentilissime. Lo consiglio a tutti.
Very nice and well maintained apartment, live is even nicer than the photos. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Very quiet but convenient area to drive the whole island. I highly recommend.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, Nisportino is the place to stay. Far from chaos and frenzy. Luigi, the owner from the house is a very nice person, the welcome was great. Location immersed in nature in a wonderful location, with views from the wonderful terrace. The house, very clean, well-structured, comfortable for our needs, is just a few meters from the beautiful beach of Nisportino, wild and clean. I can not find any negative aspects .... For all those who love TRUE RELAX is highly recommended. We will definitely be back. Martha and Remigio.

Luigi, il proprietario dalla casa è una persona gentilissima, l'accoglienza è stata ottima.
Location immersa nella natura in una splendida posizione, con vista dal terrazzo meravigliosa.
La casa, molto pulita, strutturata molto bene, comoda per le nostre esigenze, è a pochi metri dalla bellissima spiaggia di Nisportino, selvaggia e pulitissima.
Non riesco a trovare nessun aspetto negativo....
Per tutti quelli che amano il VERO RELAX è altamente raccomandata.
Noi torneremo sicuramente.

The apartment was perfect, large garden great to play the kids, I had two, beautiful view of the sea. If you decide you can leave the car and go on foot both to the sea and to Capoliveri. I hope to come back
L'appartamento era perfetto, giardino ampio ottimo per far giocare i bambini, io ne avevo due, bellissima la vista sul mare. Se si decide si può lasciare la macchina ed andare sempre a piedi sia al mare che a Capoliveri.

We need the owner redo its closed shower cabin ... A microwave would have been useful, but is doing very well without well located apartment, a little away from the city center, so away from the noise.

Full of beautiful terrace house with beautiful view of the Gulf of Marina di Campo. owners very welcoming, caring and helpful. We never suffered from the heat because the location of the house allows continuous ventilation and there is almost never the direct sun. a strategic position for getting around the island is that for a living more sedentary.
Bella casa completa di terrazza con bellissima vista sul golfo di Marina di Campo. Proprietari molto accoglienti, disponibili e premurosi. Non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo perché la posizione della casa permette una ventilazione continua e non c'è quasi mai il sole diretto. Posizione strategica sia per muoversi sull'isola sia che per un soggiorno più stanziale.

small apartment but very well equipped. The pine trees surrounding the building also maintain a pleasant temperature. At 50 meters there is a very clean public beach or various beaches.
Appartamento piccolo ma molto bene attrezzato. I pini che circondano l'edificio mantengono anche una gradevole temperatura. A 50 metri c'è una pulitissima spiaggia libera oppure varie spiagge attrezzate.
The accommodation was very comfortable for us: a family of 4 people and two dogs. The interior spaces rather large and those still more external. We loved the cleanliness and the reception polite but urges owners. And 'accommodation is indicated for those who love the tranquility and proximity to the sea, accessible through a pleasant path.
La sistemazione è stata per noi molto confortevole: una famiglia di 4 persone e due cani.
Gli spazi interni piuttosto ampi e quelli esterni ancora di più. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia e l'accoglienza garbata ma sollecita dei proprietari.
E' una sistemazione indicata per chi ama la tranquillità e la vicinanza al mare, accessibile attraverso un piacevole sentiero.
