The house is located in a lovely spot where you can enjoy an unforgettable view (better than in the photos) equipped with a large outdoor area and pleasant. Whisper-quiet and very fresh is the perfect place if you want a relaxing holiday in contact with wild nature of the island of Elba. Roberta and Renzo are really special, extremely available and at the same time very reserved. It 'a place from which it is difficult to get away!
La casa si trova in un posto incantevole da cui si gode di una vista indimenticabile (meglio che nelle foto) dotata di uno spazio esterno ampio e piacevolissimo. Silenziosissima e molto fresca è il luogo ideale se si desidera una vacanza rilassante e a contatto con la natura selvaggia dell'isola d'Elba. Roberta e Renzo sono davvero speciali, disponibilissimi e al contempo molto riservati. E' un luogo dal quale è difficile allontanarsi!
The property is excellent value for money. It has a wonderful private swimming pool on the roof and a spacious apartment the floor below.
The two double bedrooms were both good size and there is a shared shower room. There is also a nice balcony area for BBQs.
The landlord was pleasant and attentive.
It is at the top of a residential block but close to Porto Azzurro's many restaurants and bars. It is also close to a beach but there are nicer beaches on the island. I'd recommend anyone staying here to take a car so they can explore the rest of this beautiful island.
I'd go back here in a heartbeat.
The apartment is consistent with the lead-in and I was satisfied, even if something we did not find this in the ad (eg small barbecue reported there), another lack to 'arrival there had to be a person to welcome us to show the house but contacted by phone told us he was leaving, but fortunately I was fitted with a navigator otherwise we'd still be looking for the house. However, passing over these trifles we enjoyed thanks to the really beautiful places.
L'appartamento è coerente con la desrizione e mi ha soddisfatto, anche se qualche cosa presente nell'annuncio non l'abbiamo trovata ( es. il piccolo barbecue segnalato non esiste), altra mancanza all' arrivo doveva esserci una persona ad accoglierci per mostrarci la casa ma contattata telefonicamente ci ha comunicato che stava partendo; fortunatamente ero munito di navigatore altrimenti saremmo ancora a cercare l'abitazione.
Comunque sorvolando su queste piccolezze ci siamo trovati bene anche grazie alla località davvero splendida.

The apartment is well equipped but since the basement is a bit 'dark. Good if the weather is too hot, a little 'off in case of bad weather. In any case, the connection to the center of Marciana for striking pedestrian lanes make the location very pleasant.
L'appartamento è ben attrezzato ma essendo seminterrato è un po' buio. Buono se il clima fosse troppo caldo, un po' spento in caso di maltempo. In ogni modo il collegamento al centro di Marciana per suggestive viuzze pedonali rendono la posizione molto gradevole.
Excellent home. Very nice view over the village and later, spacious apartment sea. Access by car a bit technical ... (steep), but you get used to. An excellent stay in a quiet and well located for ferries common.

The property exceeded our expectations. From the veranda just did not have a magnificent view over the bay, but also the highest peak of Elba. The road to the house is pretty steep. Because the house is on a dead end road, it is quiet. Through interesting paths you go down to the sea with rocks. You just walk through, then you come to the beautiful sandy beach of the campsite. Attached to the house is a smaller apartment, but because the entrance porch and lie on the side, while maintaining your privacy. There is plenty of space in the rooms (we were five), on the porch, but also on the side of the house. There is plenty of room to park the car. There is also a beautiful Mediterranean vegetation such as large bushes. In the morning we reached the campsite near fresh rolls. The owner who lives in the neighborhood is very accommodating and really wanted to make us happy. He showed us local homemade food taste and likes to chat. The house was cleaned. The area has a lot to see. In short, we had a fantastic week.
De woning overtrof onze verwachtingen. Vanaf de veranda heb je niet alleen een schitterend uitzicht over de baai, maar ook op de hoogste bergtop van Elba. Het weggetje naar de woning is vrij steil. Doordat de woning aan een doodlopende weg ligt, is het heerlijk rustig. Via leuke paadjes daal je af naar de zee met rotsen. Loop je even door, dan kom je bij het mooie zandstrand van de camping. Vast aan de woning ligt nog een kleinere vakantiewoning, maar doordat de ingang en veranda aan de zijkant liggen, behoud je de privacy. Er is veel ruimte in de kamers (we waren met zijn vijven), op de veranda, maar ook aan de zijkant van de woning. Er is veel ruimte om de auto te parkeren. Ook is er een fraaie mediterrane begroeiing zoals grote oleanderstruiken. 's Ochtends haalden we op de camping in de buurt verse broodjes. De eigenaar die in de buurt woont is zeer gedienstig en wilde het ons echt naar de zin maken. Hij liet ons lokale zelfgemaakte spijzen proeven en maakt graag een praatje. Het huis was goed schoongemaakt. In de omgeving is veel te zien. Kortom, we hebben een fantastische week gehad.
The accommodation is superb, even better than the pictures of the ad, the view is breathtaking and the terrace is a very nice addition. Le logement est superbe, encore mieux que sur les photos de l'annonce, la vue est à couper le souffle et la terrasse est un plus très agréable.
L'appartement est très fonctionnel, avec une belle déco, atypique, mélange de fer, pierres de l'ile et bois, qui garantie un dépaysement complet.
Le tout dans un village charmant, chaleureux et avec beaucoup de cachet
Mais le meilleur reste l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Excellent location with a fantastic view. A little 'steep and narrow in some places the road to get there (although more "human " variant that does not pass through the center of the country), but after a while you do get used to it. Dear owners.
