Brand new villa with 4 permanent bedrooms and a fifth multifunctional room (can be used as a large bedroom or as an extra living space with extra kitchen) with 5 bathrooms (with shower).
The living room with open kitchen connects to a large terrace (with BBQ area) & heated swimming pool (15 x 3 meters).
The villa is surrounded by nature & phenomenal views of the mountains. Garage full of toys and games! The villa is located 8 minutes from Alcobaca, 15 minutes from Nazaré, 15 minutes from Sao Martinho do Porto. A car is essential.
Our villa is located in the green and in a quiet location. At least easily accessible and within quick distances of the main seaside resorts or tourist attractions. The necessary supermarkets are also quickly accessible and easily accessible by car.
Nearest biggest supermarkets with a 8 minutes drive: Lidl / Aldi / Intermarché / Pingo Doce / Spar. Also at the nearest mountain-village (Cela at 2km) you will find: a small supermarket / bakery / pharmacy / restaurant to eat or take-a-way (like pizza's).
After a booking you will come into direct contact with my son Francis via e-mail and/or by direct telephone message. We will provide you with all information about our villa in advance. In addition, we also provide you with "our recommendations for restaurants - sights - unique places" and you will be received on site by our meet & greet "Christophe" who you can always contact on site with questions / comments or "first helpline".
The swimming pool is available all year round. From April to mid-November we can guarantee that we will have the water heated between 25 degrees and 30 degrees. The cover also heats up due to the sun & ensures preservation at night (provided the cover is used correctly). Maintaining and heating the swimming pool is included in the rental price from April to mid-November. Outside that period it is possible to heat the swimming pool, but it must be heated at least 1 week in advance and we ask for the following compensation: 300 euros start-up costs 25 euros per rented night. For a 1 week stay this amounts to a compensation of 475 euros and for 10 days 575 euros. This only applies from mid-November to March and must be requested in advance.
