This spacious flat is located next to Avenida Almirante Reis with Arroios metro station 50 meters from the door. Avenida Almirante Reis is the biggest avenue in Lisbon and connects the historical centre to the south with the modern residential area to the north. The flat is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in Lisbon. The flat is on the third floor. There are public transport, hospitals and supermarkets nearby.

The flat must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing Place reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee.

It is expressly forbidden to carry out the following activities: Smoking inside, Parties / Events, Pets.

Between 9pm and 8am is expressly forbidden the realization of noise having to be respected the Law of noise, as provided by law.

The time of entry into the flat should be arranged in advance, if you do not confirm your arrival time you will have to wait for availability to check in.
