The house is very well appointed, tastefully decorated, nothing is missing.
The owners who live below are very welcoming, take great care of their tenants and provide good advice for local activities.
We highly recommend this place.
We have rarely experienced such a well-equipped apartment, especially the kitchen.
The accommodation was absolutely clean and well maintained!
In the apartment there is a lot of information including illustrated books about the entire area!
Nathalie and Patrick are the perfect hosts who, despite the considerable language barriers, always try to understand you, they're just great!
The accommodation is wonderfully quiet in the countryside and yet you can walk to the small town or the supermarket in 25 minutes!
We already miss the accommodation and the two hosts!

Very quiet and at the same time very close to shops - 5 minutes.
Central to visit within 30 minutes around (Dinard, Dinan, St Malo, Cancale, ...).
For hikers or for walks, in nature and the countryside, you can leave the rental directly and quickly escape or find nearby walks to do - 10 minutes. The owners are very welcoming and offer quality services such as the provision of bicycles.

The welcome and service they are best: present on arrival and departure, linens available, guide for tours.
Nothing is missing to tenants of this house that also contains children's play lot.
Fits perfectly for families up to 5 or even two couples together, the loft bed is very comfortable.
Well located on the banks of the Rance, the remarkable sites of the region (Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Cap Frehel, the cities of Dinard and Dinan, ...) are easily and quickly accessible.
Around Plouër are also very interesting, waymarked walks. There is even a seal that remains in the Rance ...
There is no need to hesitate to rent this house, we spent a very "owl " week.

Also we got in this nicely refurbished home, clean, modern, with very fresh colors.
This beautiful place is very comfortable, everything is planned to spend a family time without the worry of anything (hardware), our hosts were very friendly and super friendly, they always had a smile along our stay (it's nice anyway right?), moreover, the day of our arrival, our hostess Nathalie, we made fun of little touches that make the heart very warm after a long drive.
What's more, if not we will definitely return to spend again good and happy holiday.
