Regarding the "very old" crockery, these are beautiful plates in perfect condition and in large numbers, silver cutlery, etc. In other words, pretty family crockery... which I consider to be an asset compared to basic crockery bought in supermarkets.
I'm done with the humidity. The house is healthy and perfectly insulated. We stay there several months a year and have never noticed a "strong smell". Afterwards, the weather conditions were particularly unfavorable that week and when it rains in torrents, which was the case, the atmosphere is inevitably humid.
Finally, all the tenants who occupied the villa this summer were delighted with their stay.
Anxious to improve our services, upon reading the opinion left by Madame M., I sent her the SMS below twice, without response to date.

Concernant la vaisselle "très âgée", ce sont de de belles assiettes en parfait état et en grand nombre, des couverts en argent, etc. Autrement dit de la jolie vaisselle de famille... ce que je considère comme un atout par rapport à de la vaisselle de base achetée dans la grande distribution.
J'en termine avec l'humidité. La maison est saine et parfaitement isolée. Nous y séjournons plusieurs mois par an et n'avons jamais noté d'"odeur prononcée". Après, les conditions météorologique ont été particulièrement défavorables cette semaine là et lorsqu'il pleut à torrent, ce qui fut le cas, forcément, l'atmosphère est humide.
Enfin, l'ensemble des locataires qui ont occupé la villa cet été ont été ravis de leur séjour.
Soucieux d'améliorer nos prestations, en prenant connaissance de l'avis laissé par Madame M., je lui ai adressé, à deux reprises le SMS ci-dessous, sans réponse à ce jour.
