West facing park, quiet, with a beautiful view of palm trees and cork oaks. The 2 swimming pools, one of which is accessible to children from 9 am to 9 pm, are on the other side of the building. Residence closed and secure.

Orienté ouest sur le parc, au calme, avec une belle vue sur les palmiers et chênes liège. Les 2 piscines dont une pour enfants sont accessibles de 9 h à 21 h sont de l'autre côté du bâtiment. Les piscines sont ouvertes de juin à septembre selon météo. Résidence fermée et sécurisée.

Coin cabine, salle de douche avec lavabo, meuble sous vasque et WC. Pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine équipée et placard. Terrasse 7 m2. Travaux 2022 : Séjour sol, peintures et cuisine équipée neuve. cf. photo 6.

4 couchages : 1 canapé BZ en 160 cm avec matelas Latex ferme dans la pièce à vivre et 2 lits superposés (2016) en 90 cm et matelas Latex Dunlopillo fermes ép. 14 cm (2016) dans la partie cabine de l'appartement, séparée de la pièce à vivre.
