Very beautiful view of the sea, and located 280 meters from the beach, this splendid, comfortable architect-designed villa offers an indoor swimming pool, a spacious living-dining room with open-plan kitchen. The rooms on the ground floor give access to the south-facing terraces to enjoy the view of the bay of Audierne and the garden. Quality furnishings, with a contemporary design, make this prestigious 300 m² villa a luxurious place for exceptional holidays close to Audierne, its shops and restaurants, the pier for the island of Sein, and of course, not far from the famous Pointe du Raz.

In a superb setting overlooking the sea and with an indoor heated swimming pool, this modern and comfortable villa can accommodate ten people.

The garden level opens onto the terrace which overlooks the landscape of the Bay of Audierne. Garden furniture with parasol allows you to enjoy the wonderful 100 m2 terrace which fits into the 1600 m² total surface area of the property. On the same floor you have access to the swimming pool, as well as a double bedroom,
On the ground floor, the living room/dining room/open plan kitchen is both modern, comfortable, and well equipped. There is also a double bedroom on this floor, as well as a storeroom;
The mezzanine has an office and games area with table football. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one double and one with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with WC.
