Housing very well equipped and spacious for 12 people. Only downside: there is no sitting area with TV (NB: the TV is in the dining room), but bearable for a week.
Each room has its bathroom / WC: it is very appreciable.
The bedding is excellent. Very well exposed apartment.

Obviously the excellent snow and the sun have helped but we would like to thank the owners as well as Mrs. Phillips, humorous and always ready to help.
Concerning the apartment as such here are our impressions:
+ The apartment is composed of a long corridor with several rooms in the suite, everything is wooden in a traditional mountain atmosphere, charm guaranteed!
+ The breathtaking view of the valley! Tracks to the right, tracks to the left and the valley overhanging with superb mountain ranges straight ahead. Just perfect! (if you really have to quibble, we regret the few trees in the path)
+ A small cozy veranda with large bay window overlooking the view described above, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee, or soup in the evening!
+ A very large rectangular open-air terrace on the right side of the building, unfortunately if we arrive in winter there is a good chance that it is buried under 1m50 of packed snow and frosted which makes it impossible to clear it. In summerit must be a happiness on the other hand!
+ A long narrower terrace facing south, and covered this time, phew! Perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the breathtaking view.
+ Private parking very practical, the apartment is on the first floor with a lift, moving the business is easy
+ The track "Village " passes 40m to the right of the building, In the morning you can go down this track to a chairlift and in the evening you ski directly to the parking. In the morning, however, if you do not want to start your day of skiing with 3 consecutive chairlifts and 30 minutes of impatience, it is better to walk up a bit steep climb to the left of the building and go directly to the chairlift that leads to the top of the Signal. A good warm up in itself.
+ Well equipped with washing machines / dishwashers, enough to make a good fondue, percolator, electric kettle, oven, microwave, cooking plates etc ...
+ Located 10 minutes walk from a restaurant to advise (the housewarming) and ski hire shops, 15 minutes from outlets like Igloo, Underground, the cellar, etc. as well as a bakery ..Frankly top!
- The air in the apartment was very very dry due to the heating and the wood I guess. You may have an obstructed nose when you wake up in the morning. Unpleasant, but the sight gives you immediately in a good mood.
- The covers are not the most comfortable, simple sheets and blankets in wool. Nothing to spoil anything on the other hand.
- Wi-Fi virtually nonexistent. It seems to tolerate only one simultaneous connection and is not enough to watch streaming for example. Take the appropriate measures if necessary.
- Baths with shower head of 1m20 wide and ceiling to 1m90 .. If you were hoping to take a relaxing bath, prepare to relax at right angles. If you are tall, get ready to take your curved shower. We also noticed slight smells from the bathroom, but that did not really bother us.
- Narrow kitchenette, max 2 people for cooking
- Insulation up and down not terrible. But on our side we got along well with our neighbors and had no worries.
All in all I recommend this place, as already saidwe have great memories!
The station also participates in smooth holiday as very nice. The only downside is the insulation! because in the morning at 7am many chases children from upper apartment! but hey it's the holidays and we know that classes start soon ....
Pros: nombeuses rooms (nice if more couples), many bathrooms (WC), 1st floor (easy when tired of skiing days), full veranda south and super bright (+ large terrace), accessible via a ski slope , chalet atmosphere, many utensils and appliances.
Negatives: A bit far from the center of the Alpe, terrace with hard snow, sofa (lounge / veranda) moderately comfortable, relatively hard mattress.
You can appreciate this place. : D

Slopes and shops nearby.
Soundproofing but nonexistent especially when there are unruly children in the apartment at the top.
Unreachable because Terrace 90cm snow covered it. What a pity.
If tuviera that poner alguna pega, uno de los Diria that cuartos de baño desprendía tubería pero el olor apartamento disponía sprays antiolores subsanarlo para.
Recibimos muy buena atención tanto por parte of Propietaria como persona that our recibió has llegada.
Como comentario adicional, añadir that para incorporarse a las pistas es mucho mejor coger the pista azul del apartamento detrás that ir al más cercano back.
Recomendaría este apartamento a cualquier persona sin dudarlo.
The only problem encountered and reported upon my arrival to the person responsible for welcoming me, a mauséabonde smell in one bathroom, so had already met.
Bleach was only a short palliative remedy for the smell lingering in our departure.
Despite this inconvenience I will report to the owner, great satisfaction, nothing was missing the point of view kitchenware and crockery for 18.
