The ground floor features an open space kitchen, living room with two sofas, new 32 inch lcd TV and a full bathroom with shower.
On the first floor reachable via an internal staircase, there is the sleeping area with two big bedrooms, both of them with a terrace, and a second bathroom, with shower bidet and bathtub.
