This was my friend and I's first visit to Sanremo. I usually look for accommodation - hotels or apartments - on Booking. But everything there was very expensive for my period. Somehow I came across your website and found these wonderful apartments. The pictures were beautiful and they are 100% true to what we saw. I immediately wrote to the owner and she replied to me immediately. She gave me time to think about it and made a provisional booking. Within a few days I confirmed the booking and paid in advance. Everything was clear. The owner, Fabiana, was always in touch. I was of course worried, as I had never booked through this site and even more so never paid. But everything was fine. We arrived, the assistant met us, settled us in and told us everything. The apartment is marvellous! Located close to the beach - literally 5 minutes walk. There is a separate bedroom and studio, a balcony where it is nice to have coffee, dinner, breakfast. View of the greenhouses, a little sea view. Lovely new and modern bathroom with shower cubicle and bidet. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge has a freezer - maybe it is important for someone. The kitchen has both a bar area and a dining area. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The only thing is that there is no air conditioning. But as we were at the end of the season and it was not very hot outside - we had enough fans, they were in each room. I would like to emphasise once again the cleanliness of the apartments and everything that was in them. Courtesy and hospitality of the owner Fabianna and her assistant Anna. The house was great, exactly as described, and perfect for our situation. We were very content there, would have stayed longer if it had been available. We certainly intend to stay there again in the future.

This apartment is very nice. It is near the best beach. The apartment was fully equipped and it was clean. Mrs Marchella (Frederico's mum) is very good women. She prepared fresh lemons and fresh basil in the fridge. Apartment has got nice garden with olive tree, lemon tree and flowers. Your car you can park in the garden. We used the grill and outdoor kitchen too. We spent a lovely time here. This apartment is suitable for families with children. Thank you very much for beautiful holiday. See you next time.

Edge of town so easy to hike to woods and secluded areas along coast. 5 minute walk to tourist center of town but in a very quiet residential area. Washing machine was a nice bonus. Alex very helpful, gave me a ride from the bus, helped me make travel arrangements for when I left. I also left some things when I moved on, which he graciously sent to my home. Good recommendations for restaurants. L'Escala is pretty full of tourists, but walking towards the Greek/Roman Ruins is very nice and not crowded at all, and ruins are quite interesting. Lots of water things to do as well.

The chalet was wonderful, spacious enough to accommodate the 6 of us. Kitchen was well equipped with enough cutlery, dinnerware and pots and pans to cook for 6. Loved the shower: strong and hot! Contact with the owner was quick and he was very helpful with providing driving directions and advice and tips. We had a great week and would certainly recommend this chalet. Many thanks!

We, three adults from New Zealand, stayed here for 9 nights October 2018. We had a fabulousl stay in this very modern apartment and Viviana and her son were very easy to communicate with. This is my second time staying with Viviana and we returned again to Viviana because she is such a wonderful person. The apartment was suitable for our needs with plenty of room. A kettle would be nice and maybe another pot but other than that, everything was fine. Location and transport is excellent. We had no problems navigating to Termini and to the Vatican and back. The market place is close by and is excellent for buying meat and veges and the little supermarket store was so close. Catching the Hop on Hop off bus was close too, 10 mins walking distance. There are also some great restaurants close by. Thank you again Viviana for your assistance, we will definitely stay again if we return and will happily recommend to family and friends. Ngā Mihi

The plus are great view, great beach nearby. Minuses, there is a lot of extras like towels, linen, you have to supply toilet paper, soap, garbage bags.

Beautiful place in the perfect location. Amazing and accommodating hosts, we could not have asked for a better place and location to stay. Perfect driving distance to really neat neighboring towns including Matera, Alberbello, Cisternino. Very close to beach and great restaurants. If you are visiting Puglia, you will not regret staying here! The hosts are so nice and suggest great places to visit. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a summer holiday with kids. Nino's house is steps away from a beautiful sandy beach that was uncrowded even at the height of summer vacation season. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Nino was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment! Spacious and lovely decorated rooms. Very friendly owner. Two steps to Guidalocca beach. Sea view. 10 minutes drive to Castellamare harbor and to Zingaro natural park. Ideal for a couple or family with 1 or 2 children.

The villa was exactly as described on the rental site. It was great to have breakfast or an evening drink sitting on the baloney which was about 50 meters from the sea. Nice location for day trips in south central sicily.

The setting of the property is outstanding - on a hill surrounded by fields and woodland. Close to Sarlat, a ten-minute drive, the location is well away from the road, so there is no traffic noise and so the experience is one of peace and quiet. We had access to the swimming pool, shared with one other rental property on the site, and there are some lovely walks across the fields and into the woodlands. Xavier the owner is very friendly and the arrangements for our stay were well cared for. The booking process itself was very smooth. The furnishings in the property are basic but the layout of the property inside is generous with a large reception room and dining table in the kitchen, plus tables to enjoy eating al fresco on both sides of the property so that one could have both breakfast and our evening meal in the sun! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and large house set on the mountainside overlooking the Tyranean Sea. The house is well equipped and has plenty of space for multiple families (we had my family of five plus five additional adults...10 in total). With wifi, pool, and several large outside areas to lounge and enjoy the spectacular seaviews. Getting to the house from Sperlonga is a bit of a trek (15 min up the mountainside), but it's worth the drive.

The owners Patrick & Anne are perfect hosts, very welcoming & helpful. They have created a unique & charming holiday cottage, in a convenient location, with a good view out to sea overlooking the town (within walking distance) & next to the military cemetery.
