Plevenon-cap frehel, a splendid peninsula bordered by fine sandy beaches, coves and rugged coastlines, is situated in the middle of the bays of St Brieuc and St Malo.
St Malo and St Brieuc are 35 kms away, Dinan is 30 kms away.
The entirely new property is located on the first floor of the house in a large park of 6000 m2, planted with trees and flowers.
Facing south, spacious, with a surface area of 71m2, it is made up of a large living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a large shower room, a toilet and a laundry room.
A private terrace with garden furniture for sunbathing is at the foot of the property and guests have access to the large garden in complete tranquillity.
Entre Pléneuf Val André, Erquy et Saint Cast Le Guildo, Plévenon Cap Frehel est une magnifique presqu'ile bordée de plages de sable fin, de criques et de cotes escarpées et sauvages..

Le gîte, partie d'une maison, est entièrement neuf; Il est situé dans un grand parc de 6000m², arboré et fleuri. Orienté plein sud, il est situé à l'étage de la maison.Il est constitué d'un grand séjour salon, d'une cuisine, de deux chambres, d'une grande salle d'eau, wc indépendant et buanderie.. Devant le gîte, une terrasse privative avec salon de jardin et bains de soleil vous attend.
