Situated in the heart of the Cotentin region, 10 minutes from the sea in the commune of Le Vast, enjoy a stay in one of the two caretaker's cottages at Château de la Germonière, a former cotton mill whose waterfalls are famous and whose grounds are listed as a historic monument.
You'll have a view of its 800-metre driveway lined with two hundred-year-old trees. Enjoy the serenity of the Normandy bocage and discover Barfleur and Saint Vaast la Hougue, just 10km away. Don't miss the opportunity to taste the locally made, wood-fired brioche from Le Vast, a true monument to the Manche region.

Ground floor: living room with fireplace. A fitted kitchen
On the first floor, accessed by a relatively narrow staircase, there is a shower room and WC.
On the second floor is an attic bedroom ideal for two children.
The grounds of around 50m² border the River Saire. A laundry room adjoining the second caretaker's cottage is available, with a toilet.

Au Premier étage avec un accès par un escalier relativement étroit, salle d’eau équipée d’une douche et WC.
Au second étage se trouve une chambre mansardée idéale pour deux enfants.
Des extérieurs d’environ 50m ² bordent la rivière de la Saire. Une buanderie attenante à la seconde maison de Gardien est mise à disposition, elle comporte un WC.
