The apartment is ideally located in a quiet recent residence in the heart of Briançon, close to the river. It enjoys exceptional sunshine and has a private parking space in the basement. The ski area of Serre-Chevalier is a few minutes walk from the residence. All the great hiking trails, the Ecrins National Park, the passes of Izoard, Galibier, Italy... are easily accessible.
Briançon, labeled City of Art & History and a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its fortifications of Vauban, will also seduce you with its authenticity.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Jérémie, the manager of the conciergerie with whom we work. He will take care of giving you the entry and exit inventory and collecting the deposit (500 euros + 100 euros for the cleaning).
This will not be cashed and will be returned to you as long as you return the apartment in good condition and clean.
