Le studio se situe au premier étage dans un immeuble de huit étages (avec ascenseur)dans la résidence Les Horizons, avenue Vincent Auriol.
Cette résidence calme, fermée par un portail électrique, est en front de mer (plage du Lavandou), agrémentée de jardins, de deux courts de tennis et d'un jeu de boules.
Le parking est assuré dans l'enceinte de la copropriété.
Le studio comporte:
- un couloir d'entrée , avec penderie,et porte manteaux
- une kitchenette indépendante (avec réfrigérateur, plaques de cuisson, four micro-ondes) )
