Brand new CHALET, with a panoramic view of the mountains at the foot of the ski slopes!
Chalet neuf skis aux pieds vue totalement dégagée sur la montagne- chalet Baradoz Praz de Lys 8 personnes
The chalet has been built in respect of local architecture, principally using wood.
You can ski directly from the chalet at the foot of the ski slopes, so it's easy for friends and families.
Stores and restaurants are only 300 meters away.

Very quiet and peaceful as cars are forbidden near the chalet since it's a ski slope!

Chalet BARADOZ, NEUF, idéalement situé SKIS AUX PIEDS, entre les pistes de skis de fond et celles de ski alpin, avec une superbe vue dégagée vers les monts Huble et Chalune. Chalet bénéficiant d'une grande pièce de vie avec un poële central ouvert sur le salon et la salle à manger.

CHALET INDEPENDANT au CALME , construit en 2015 par des artisans locaux. Décoration bois.

Très proche du CENTRE de la station et des commerces 300 m. (boulangerie à 4 minutes à pied; ESF à 8 minutes à pied par sentier piéton)

A signaler que l'accès au chalet est piéton/skieur uniquement, il faut garer son véhicule sur un parking public à 2 minutes à pied. (Le chalet est équipé d'une luge pour le transport des bagages et autres approvisionnements...) Si vous louez du matériel chez Juski (20% de réduction), leur parking est à disposition pour la semaine, il est à moins de 2 minutes à pied. L'utilisation de la voiture n'est donc pas indispensable, l'arrêt du car desservant la gare de Cluses est à 300m.
