Villa Olivastro overlooks the bay of Genn'e Mari and allows you to reach the beach (fine sand and rocks) in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The property features a main villa with a large living room with sofas and large TV and fireplace; dining room and kitchen complete with dishwasher and appliances; a ground-floor bathroom equipped with shower and washing machine; and an outdoor shower with hot water; a patio in front of the kitchen and another beautiful patio cooled by a centuries-old olive tree in the living area where you can relax in the shade and have breakfast while looking at the beach below; another patio where you can have lunch with the sound of the sea and dine while admiring the colors of the sunset and with a panoramic view of the bay, perhaps enjoying food prepared with the barbecue. There are several gardens in which to relax and sunbathe or enjoy an aperitif with Sardinian wines and cheeses.
On the upper floor is a large master bedroom equipped with a television with ensuite bathroom and an attached single bedroom. The master bedroom, quiet and private, enjoys a splendid view and an exclusive patio.
Two other rooms, one double and one twin, are served by a second bathroom. These too, being on the floor above the living area, are quiet and private. In total there are 7 comfortable beds.
Upon request, for an additional fee, you can use the annex with a double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom, for those who want to maintain their privacy, comfortably accommodating 10 people.
This facility is also served by a patio with sofas and overlooking the beach.
The villa, which is quiet and private, has a large garage with electric shutter into which two large cars and motorcycles fit comfortably, where among other things there is a foosball table for spending fun afternoons playing games.
In front of the garage a large private yard allows other cars to park and maneuver comfortably.
For added convenience, the property provides towels and linens at an additional cost.
Villa L'Olivastro is 30 km from Cagliari Elmas Airport, the nearest airport.
Less than 30 minutes away are the beautiful beaches of Villasimius, and in the village, in addition to Genn'e Mari beach, reachable either on foot or by car in less than 5 minutes, you can visit the other Torre delle Stelle beach, Cann'e Sisa, also reachable by car in 5 minutes.
In the village there are two supermarkets conveniently reachable by car, a fishmonger's and a butcher's shop, a pharmacy and some restaurants/pizzerias, also reachable by car.
