The living/sleeping room is equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a TV, and air conditioning. This room leads out to the terrace. There is one room with a French bed and air conditioning, and another room with two beds and air conditioning.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property also offers a shower/WC, heating system, and air conditioning throughout. Outside, there is a 20 square meter roofed terrace with furniture and a barbecue area.
